Episode 30: So they get the mastery of communication. Sakura, humility is a good thing, but to become a coward as a result is not a good idea at all. The concert is the best so far and I start to wonder if serial escalation is in effect here. But if there are any sequels, I hope that it will be standalone because grade differences would break the story.
As a side note, I hope that Ichigo would not get a meltdown upon discovering she knows that her mother is the other half of Masquerade.

Episode 31: It's confirmed... Ichigo's mom is Miya, the other half of Masquerade, but when will she learn of it? By the way, despite being a low-key episode, the concert is above average, with an equally good new insert song.
Speaking of the next episode, let's see how Ichigo keep up with two equally demanding jobs at the same time.

Episode 32: Having true companions is neat, I must say. The concert is average, but the song is quite catchy.
Seriously, shouldn't that the seventh character gets introduced first before the audition for performing together with Mizuki?
Episode 33: The trials are very meaningful and fit Mizuki's own wisdom of being an idol:
The climb: A test of willpower.
The narrow walk: A test of capability of focus.
The rodeo song: A test of low state tolerance.
The giant fan: A test of resistance.
The new song seems to the manifestation of her own wish to have worthy companions, but Ichigo is the one who achieve it instead.
I hope that the explanation for the final member of the main cast being introduced through a sudden drop from an airplane will makes sense to me. In a way, I think this is a Merchandise-Driven show done (mostly) right.

Episode 34: Kaede, you are cool. So does the concert. The song somehow made my blood boil.
I wondered how the true final audition turns out next week.
As a side note, I noticed that Ichigo is seen as a canon sue, if the YMMV page is to believed. In a sense, this is true, especially with regards of the two-timer work thing, but then again, she is the main protagonist of the entire show, so it makes sense that she is somewhat too powerful, something that even Mizuki acknowledge.
Also, the show is Glurge with regards of the training of the show. Real midschoolers won't be able to push a roller or climb the Angely mountain. The merchandise driven part of the show, not so much. Stylish outfit does look good in stage better than regular outfits.
With the cast being complete, now I can complete how my personal analysis of how the team dynamics work. Attribute wise:
Mizuki: Wisdom
Ichigo: Willpower
Aoi: Knowledge
Ran: Style
Otome: Determination
Yurika: Character
Sakura: Humility
Kaede: Charisma
Performance wise,
Mizuki: Regal
Ichigo: Sweet
Aoi: Cool
Ran: Stylish
Otome: Cute
Yurika: Dark
Sakura: Elegant
Kaede: Magnetic

Episode 35: The result looks surprising, but it actually isn't, especially during the transformation scene and Mizuki's manager remarks. This makes me like this anime even more because the writers certainly do care about this show.
I have a mixed feeling on how things has turned, though. The main trio is considered the major protagonists and they have to be separated apparently forever.
Episode 36: Ran, I know that you can do it. You are not chosen without a reason. On the other side, a possible successor to the Masquerade? But seeing this image makes me wonder what kind of developments will happen next.

Episode 37: As I expected. The main trio will be always the main trio, but I guess such a trial would be crucial to shape their idol way. Kinda disappointed that the concert looks slightly worse than the previous few ones, though.
Episode 38: Yurika being the third member of Tristar isn't exactly surprising, as the album version uses her singer counter part instead of Ran's. Then again, she really fit into the image of the group.
The next episode will be a big damn challenge, but hopefully Otome will improve her song a lot.

Episode 39: Ichigo, your leadership skills are unusual but surprisingly effective, completely with strong magnetic ability. But the whole thing seemed to be a rush plan by Orihime.
I wondered what is the next episode about, though.
Episode 40: Aoi, your speech is amazing. Also, the concert is superb and the best so far. Good thing that their practice earned them the mastery of Dancing.
I'm curious how Shion would get kicked out from the main cast. Hopefully it will not be a nasty one.
Episode 41: Mizuki, your wisdom has sparked once more. Another great concert, but having symbolic arrangement of the idols is a plus. Hopefully the rest of the episodes would be as great as this.
Episode 42: The transition between individual and group takes effort on both directions. The concert CG starts to mesh very well with the regular animation. Hopefully the next episode about Shion will be good.
Episode 43: Shion, sticking with your ideals is useless unless your truly appreciates it. A Naoto focused episode next week? This is quite surprising, but considering that Rainbow Live did this earlier....
Episode 44: Passion of music is what keeps a music group keep going. I bet that passion is a key to anything, period.
By the way, second season is confirmed. This is great!
Episode 45: The girls are certainly having fun. Twintail Ichigo has some rather unusual resemblance with Alice. Then there's Kaede and her ridiculous suggestion.
The next episode: Johnny actually trained Mizuki during her disappearance years?
Episode 46: My guess turned out to be right. Then again, considering his dancing routine, it isn't really surprising.
Episode 47: Collapse is bound to happen when one push oneself to the limits. The will is limitless, but the body is not. Anyway, the performance is great. Can't wait for the story of Masquerade next week.
Final spoilers
So Ichigo lost but everyone managed to gain the Mastery of Freindship. Ichigo has gone away to America and Mizuki has left the school as well.
Next up is season 2. In the first episode we meet the three new girls from Dream Academy who may or may not be protagonist of the season. Powapowa Puririn is also still a thing.

Daisuki will be streaming this soon
Also season three was confirmed awhile back and we only have three episodes of season two left. Hopefully if this does well on Daisuki we'll get a dub and the 3DS games.`
Recently caught up on this. Very fun and relaxing. It's like a magical girl show, only with singing and dancing instead of fighting. Episode 148 was great because a certain someone finally got to perform. Only a hundred episodes late.
I'm still only up to episode 134. I should probably change that though since season four starts soon and I don't want to be spoiled about the two newcomers. That and I'm interested in seeing how a season set outside of Staright will work.
Well, season 3 is done. It was the same old Aikatsu. New gen isn't quite as good as the old, but still solid overall. Sumire and Rin usually had the best dances. Shion finally got what she deserved. Not sure how traveling will affect everyone's screen-time, but it's definitely a shakeup.
Kind of disappointed that we never got to see everyone sing Idol Activity this season. We got to see Soleil sing it but I wanted to see the new characters sing it.
EDIT:
Season four confirmed for best season.

Episode 29: Ran and Ichigo are not good teacher material in the first place. Overall a low-key episode, but the performance outfits are great.
