Suggestion: Contested Sequel

I'd like to suggest the Highlander II poster for Contested Sequel since it's pretty much a near universally agreed on example of this trope.

Good/well-known example ≠ good illustration.

I don't see how a movie poster by itself could illustrate this.

That's really the only way to illustrate this one considering it's nature. A poster of a contested sequel and a clever caption.

Just a poster and a caption doesn't make for a good image, though, when there's nothing in the visuals to tell you it's an example.

Maybe someone could dig up or make a parody of the poster that illustrates it somehow.

The only way we'll be able to do this AFAIK is with a parody or lampshade...voting no pic unless we get a good one of those.

I think we can leave this as Keep Until Better Image Suggested with no prejudice for someone adding an image later on.

That is actually Sequelitis for me, and could easily replace that image.

Here, we need a 50% approval of the sequel.

Good idea, but it doesn't jive with the trope. I also disagree that it fits Sequelitis...that one indicates a need for multiple sequels that get worse the more there are; AFAIK there's only the one sequel to The Jungle Book. Now, we could take the concept in and apply it to the Land Before Time sequels and see if it applies...that would be a valid replacement for the pic on Sequelitis.
