Well, it does illustrate the entire trope that's not the villain part, in as much a single wordless picture can, I believe.

Oh wow, where to start with this one...
Anyone who watches South Park would know that Butters isn't a villain in any sense of the word (his stunt as a "supervillain" doesn't count, and it only lasts very briefly). For those who do not watch the show, how do they know that the kid's a bad guy? Or what he did to deserve what happened to him?
The caption doesn't even do any good. It looks as though it belongs on the Butt-Monkey or The Chew Toy, rather than commenting on the villain's ironic situation.
This shouldn't be hard to replace. We could use something like Wil E. Coyote or Tom suffering from one too many failed attempts to catch the Road Runner and Jerry, respectively.
