Judging from the caption ("falling in love with the hired help"), I suspect that the father really is using "avenging" as a euphemism for amorous activities.
However, if we need the caption to explain that to us, it's not a very good picture.
It does not matter who I am. What matters is, who will you become? - motto of Omsk Bird"Not a very good picture" isn't reason to pull it in my opinion. I don't think it harms the page.
Keep Until Better Image Suggested.
Check out my fanfiction! It's shaky, but I'm voting Keep Until Better Image Suggested.
It's not excellent, but it's far from bad enough to warrant an immediate pull. The trope is a dialogue trope, that means a page image illustrating it is going to rely on dialogue.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Keep; I think it's clear that he's insinuating "avenging" refers to sex, possibly because she's been talking about it in relation to the hired hand (having no clue about context or even what the work is).
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.Clock is set.
Clock's up; locking for inactivity. No action is to be taken based on this thread.
What. No really, what? How on earth is this supposed to demonstrate the trope? The trope is about someone hearing a term and mistaking it for an Unusual Euphemism. The picture is about someone wondering what the word of "avenging".
Square Peg Round Trope.
