Just a Face and a Caption: Southern Fried Genius get usage counts

Just a picture of the engineer from Team Fortress 2 with a long-winded caption. Nowhere in the pic does it suggest that he's southern nor a genius. Motion to pull.

As much as I love Engie, this is a pretty bad case of JAFAAC. Agree with the pull.

Interestingly, the edit history shows that a different pic of the engineer was up before, got axed for JAFAAC, and then this one showed up and just sat there for 2 years.

I have beaten the image off the page with a wrench.

Has eleven doctorates. Builds automated turrets, teleporters, and strength-enhancing prosthetic limbs with 1960s technology. Enjoys cornbread and cream gravy.

[up] Colonel Sanders? What about him says genius? I mean sure, he was good at marketing, but he's hardly famous for his genius (well, unless you count his culinary talent)

I stand corrected. The examples say that qualifies him. I still don't think he'd make a great image, though: when most people look at the Colonel they don't think "innovator of gastronomic sciences", they think "buckets of chicken".

Those He-Man actionfigures actually illustrate the trope, even if the image leaves some quality lacking.

Good enough; it's up, potholed, and tagged. Caption or no? I was thinking something like "And as y'all can see, the smaller static co'fishint means this engine'll go lickety-split." or something like that.
