Well now I can watch Two and a Half Men and pretend that Charlie looks like McGruff.
Also, the female leader of Brand X reminds me of Jessica Rabbit.
Also, the Brand X Soldiers way of marching is so strange.
They're nazis. Plus I found this little post.
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceThe links broken.
Damn. Well just type in "Topless Robot daily list" in your search browser, click the first result, then scroll down until you find The top seven hilariously animated films blah blah blah. You'll know it when you see it.
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceThe Synchtube troper coven gave this movie the "honor" of being one of the worst movies they've ever seen.
They wouldn't even watch it again until they used the annotated version.
Long live Cinematech. FC:0259-0435-4987TR even stated that:
If your movie is so horrible it gets the feel of being created by a villain, you SERIOUSLY fucked something up.
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceSilver Circle is much worse. Trust me, everyone.
Even if I had different face, I AM STILL DISGRACED.Basically, it looks like RWBY before RWBY existed!
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceExcept I've just seen 1 ep. of said show you mentioned (RWBY) - definitely a step forward for Action cartoons made in the west in general, even if it does look ugly, unfortunately. What matters to me is this - RWBY looks pretty damn entertaining otherwise, despite its animation quality.
Silver Circle, like our movie on topic of discussion here - IS SHIT!
Even if I had different face, I AM STILL DISGRACED.I don't think you got the jist of what I was saying:
Silver C looks like a terrible rendered video game, or at least that's what Topless Robot claimed the animation looks like. To me, I haven't seen the film, but the screenshots LOOK reminisent to RWBY, in the fact SC looks like it was done in Poser 2012 Edition.
Bottom line: Foodfight! and other hillariously animated movies are BS!
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceThis is late, but worth noting nonetheless. Jon Tron has done a review of Food Fight.
And so did Nostalgia Critic.
Wow. I know there was A LOT! of bad animation and sex jokes in early 90's cartoon, but this movie, with THIS animation, is the pinnical of all that is ungodly about cheap production companies. Looking at Doug's review, I have to say: This. Is. The absolute worse. Now i'm sure i'll never look at this ever again. The scars are deep inside me as well.
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceI swear my nephew has one of those cheap storybooks of this with the plastic speaker on the side with buttons that play sound bytes of he characters. Had no idea there was a movie about this.
When you wish upon a side of beef, soon will come an end to all your griefI recently watched Casablanca.
Now, we all know this film has a ton of references to Casablanca in it, but I found one that I think most people haven't noticed: Cheasel T. Weasel is an expy of Peter Lorre's character, Ugarte.
They are both salesmen; both are unscrupulous and generally kinda slimy. Ugarte even says "You despise me, don't you?" Unlike Ugarte, however, Cheasel doesn't die.
Needless to say, this is another black mark on this film. They had the gall to disrespect Peter Lorre, one of my favorite actors of all time...
But back to my point: Did anyone else notice this?
"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."I'm honestly not sure anyone really cares enough about the film to go looking for reasons to hate it.
Insert witty 'n clever quip here.Which kind of wasn't my point... I'm just wondering if anyone else noticed this. I've never seen this mentioned anywhere.
"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."I think that's because every time someone watches Food Fight, the memory of a good movie is wiped from their mind.
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatTurned out my library has it. They have no idea what it is.
My angry rant blog!Think we'll ever find the supposed missing copy?
Finally, someone made a video about it.
