It's absolutely great, but sine it's almost certainly the entire image it's likely copyrighted. Where did you find it/is someone willing to go on a source hunt?

for £21.50 by Libertymaniacs. I can contact them and ask for permission, but the chances of it being grated are effectively nil since they're making money off it.

Please do. They are making money from a 24"x36" poster, not a 240x350 digital image. The digital image might increase the number of posters they sell.

Good enough; locking up.
Admittedly, I'm not too familiar with the show this picture is from, but these guys don't look like they're secret police. They do look like elite soldiers of some sort, but there's not much suggesting that they're supposed to be government agents or thought police.
This would be a hard trope to depict, though. Most of the time the focus is on the figurehead of the Big Brother Government and not the guys who are actually enforcing the rules.
