Anything else would be better.
Goal: Clear, Concise and WittyA quick Google Image search brought up this little beauty◊, a mock propaganda picture asking you to support the Thought Police. If there aren't any royalties or copyrights involved that I'm not seeing, I think we should consider using this one.
"@[=g3,8d]&fbb=-q]/hk%fg"It's absolutely great, but sine it's almost certainly the entire image it's likely copyrighted. Where did you find it/is someone willing to go on a source hunt?
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.I got it from a GIS of "Thought Police Poster". Seems to be on shirts and mugs, but there's also some political sites using the image.
"@[=g3,8d]&fbb=-q]/hk%fg"It's being sold on Zazzle for £21.50 by Libertymaniacs. I can contact them and ask for permission, but the chances of it being grated are effectively nil since they're making money off it.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going. That's unfortunate, that picture is perfect for this. Can we at least get rid of the current image?
"@[=g3,8d]&fbb=-q]/hk%fg"In the meantime, the current image is JAFAAC.
Motion to pull.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!Pulled it, maybe prematurely but I don't think the picture and caption had much to offer anyways.

Please do. They are making money from a 24"x36" poster, not a 240x350 digital image. The digital image might increase the number of posters they sell.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Email sent, playing up that angle slightly.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going. For what it's worth, good call on pulling the old pic.
I'm about as die-hard Avatar fan as you can find, and even I think that's a bad pic. Supporting pull.
Full permission given and site complimented, yay! He also says we're allowed to monetize the Zazzle link if we like. Image at 250:

That's excellent to hear, Telcontar! This image perfect for this trope, I'm glad we're able to use it. Aynbody think it needs a caption? Personally, I like it the way it is.
"@[=g3,8d]&fbb=-q]/hk%fg"I don't think it needs a caption either, beyond what's needed. I'll hook it up.
EDIT: Done, with the standard permission caption that uses the link to the actual poster page. Anything else?

Nope, I think we've taken care of this one.
"@[=g3,8d]&fbb=-q]/hk%fg"I don't think it needs a caption.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.Good enough; locking up.
Admittedly, I'm not too familiar with the show this picture is from, but these guys don't look like they're secret police. They do look like elite soldiers of some sort, but there's not much suggesting that they're supposed to be government agents or thought police.
This would be a hard trope to depict, though. Most of the time the focus is on the figurehead of the Big Brother Government and not the guys who are actually enforcing the rules.
