Going by what I've seen from the message boards I'm guessing it would turn you into an antisocial nerdy crossdresser with aspergers who comically misinterpets titles of things. That would either be an incredibly awesome plot for a movie or a recipe for the damnation of mankind.

"If everybody is thinking alike, somebody isn't thinking"- George S. PattonDownloading the whole wiki in your head would probably be a decent substitute for an English Literature degree. However, it would also make you notice the tropes in everything and ruin your enjoyment of fiction.
"Steel wins battles. Gold wins wars."Speaking as one who actually has a degree in English literature: Fuck no, it wouldn't.
The wiki is increasingly just a list of 'stuff that happens' with very little actual discussion, study or in depth consideration of what reasons and motives lie behind the 'stuff that happens'. I mean, I like most of the wiki and think it's fun and all, but a serious aid to understanding literature? Not so much.
Given that, and the large amount of anime lurking in there, it would turn you into some kind of uber-otaku.
The Godzilla of Otaku, in fact, with radioactive halitosis and everything.
Then you'd be killed by a big moth.

'All he needs is for somebody to throw handgrenades at him for the rest of his life...'Yes, but considering the big moth would be accompanied by two small Japanese women, that would mean he'd die happy.
"I don't know how I do it. I'm like the Mr. Bean of sex." -DrunkscriblerianYeah, a list of random crap sounds like what you'd get from a degree in literature. Then again, the wiki did so by choice.
Fight smart, not fair. With all the works and spoilers on here, I imagine that it would lessen the enjoyment of a great number of works.
Also considering the degree of description of certain nauseating and traumatic stories, I think many people would find it very uncomfortable indeed.

Join us in our quest to play all RPG video games! Moving on to disc 2 of Grandia! Why, hello Debot. How's life in your featureless grey cube?
'All he needs is for somebody to throw handgrenades at him for the rest of his life...'Saying that Knowing all of Tv Tropes would be a good substitute for an English Language degree is like saying knowing all the cookbooks would be a good substitute for a culinary arts degree. Getting a degree isn't just about getting information, it's about training your mind to think a certain way.
Go play Kentucky Route Zero. Now.You would probably get just about any pop culture reference. Ever.
A different shape every step I take A different mind every step of the lineIt would make you a total moron, who "knows" complete bullshit and irrelevant crap, who thinks he is smart and knows everything.
People aren't as awful as the internet makes them out to be.I'm not sure what changes that would make to most people.
My cube is not featureless, I have lots of robot arms and stuff for creating widgets at will.

Fight smart, not fair.
I was pondering the tech in Ghost in the Shell, specifically the ability of Cyber-brain enhanced people to use an external memory for storing information (explaining how everyone can reference somewhat obscure texts). Now, what would happen if someone had the main pages of TV Tropes on external memory? The WMGs? The YMMVs? (Dear God) The forums?
Am I awake or do I dream? The strangest pictures I have seen.
