I assumed this was a euphamism for Blondes Are Bitches, but it isn't. This doesn't seem tropeworthy at all. I could probably think of more magic women who aren't blond.
I third this motion.
Everything is Possible. But somethings are more Probable than others.I agree that it isn't tropeworthy. It isn't thriving, either (9 wicks, 12 inbounds, mostly Zero Context Examples (probably due to not being a trope) earliest edit is from April 2012); cutlist or try to work into something?
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going. Not tropeworthy. There lot's of not blonde witches in media. In fact, I thought dark-haired green-eyed stereotype of witches was more prominent. Also in old times redheads somitemes were thought as witches because red hair are the most rare. Thus to have a witch who is blonde is not a stereotype, but rather trying to avert other strereotypes about witches.

You didn't see anything.+1 for "not tropeworthy".
And a further 1+.
Heck, in I Shall Wear Midnight, a blonde girl laments that blondes are always quiet princesses that need rescuing rather than mysterious and powerful witches. And Pratchett tends to know his tropes.
It does not matter who I am. What matters is, who will you become? - motto of Omsk BirdProbably not tropeworthy.
I agree that it probably should be cut.
I wouldn't mind if it was cut but I think we can make something out of this. Blonde is more of a color for genies and sorceresses. I think people also call their blonde magic user a witch when they want to take the eerieness out of the traditional Eerie Pale-Skinned Brunette.
Not a trope.
Coincidence, not trope. Cut.
Waiting on a TRS slot? Finishing off one of these cleaning efforts will usually open one up.I think this may have been intended to be Attractive Magic User, but I think that is covered more-than-adequately by other tropes, and I don't think this can really be salvaged. Cut.
Speaking words of fandom: let it squee, let it squee. We could put a line saying that Cute Witches are often blonde on the page

Is that even true?
Hmm....I'm not actually sure. Thus the face
Sure, it's true that Cute Witches are often blonde. It's also true that they're often brunette. And often red-headed. Rarely bald, though, I think.
Speaking words of fandom: let it squee, let it squee.A GIS for "cute witch" does not suggest that they are predominately blonde. I actually see more red hair than any other color, but not even enough of that to call it a trend.

Not a trope vote here. Cut it.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickConsensus looks to be "not a trope, cut the page". Should somebody add a Cut List entry?
somethingDewicked, note on discussion page, and shima ninja'd me on the cutlisting.

Right now the description of the trope is "(Female) magic users who are blond". But there is nothing in this description setting these characters apart from other magic users of different hair color.
