Radiation House - a medical series focusing on the titular radiation house in other words the radiology department. It has both compelling stories and nice accuracy to real medicine. There are only five chapters out right now so check it out if you like things like that.

That's… an original premise. I can't say I'm really a fan of medical series, alas, but it's nice to see manga cover all kinds of niches like that.

Kasane, volume 12… Is this light I'm seeing in the distance? A really thin sliver of light, mind you, but it seems like several characters' motivations are now less negative than they used to be. Nogiku has finally found someone she cares about and who cares about her − although her relationship with Yuuto didn't exactly start as anything healthy − and Kasane seems more at peace with her mother's heritage, even willingly giving up her lipstick. Habuta's the only one still driven by his frustration at this point.

Despite all the horrible things she did, I end up really wanting to see a positive ending for Kasane, like actually starting over with her sister. But I doubt the ending will be that bright.

Just came across Isekai Onsen ni Tensei shita Ore no Kounou ga Tondemosugiru, or I was Reincarnated as a Hot Spring in an Alternate World, and I'm Way Too Effective in English. The premise: High school boy Atami Kusatsu died in a traffic accident, and found himself reincarnated in a fantasy world... as an hot spring (and no, he can't talk or move, as he quickly found out). And not just any hot spring, but one with extraordinary physical and magical healing properties that attract at least two elven beauties to strip naked and bathe in his waters. Poor guy now has to struggle against his libido whenever this happens, just as he also tries to figure out how to communicate with someone, anyone, in hopes of finding a solution for his plight.

Also, and the setting appears to be an RPG Mechanics 'Verse where, for some reason, onsen!Atami is capable of levelling up as if he were an actual flesh-and-blood character rather than the environmental object that his physical form currently is, with his "appearance" changing accordingly (e.g. he goes from a simple pond with rocky borders to a fenced-in "basic installation" with his first level-up).

I remember stumbling across that a while back. Read a bit but didn't keep up with it. I just took it as further proof that Japan can turn anything into a series.

To be fair, the guy diligently tries to not think too hard about the fact that he's having hot babes literally inside him (wow, that's a phrase I didn't think I could use outside futanari-on-male porn). Oh it feels very good to him, he's can't help but notice that... but he'll immediately clamp down on anything further than that, simply out of basic decency. He's not even trying to look at them on purpose.

Chapter 2 sees the first appearance of male customers — specifically, a pair of extremely muscular Macho Camp brothers. Poor Atami.

Started reading Oiran Girl. The synopsis:

Hakase no Kimagure Homunculus - The head of a science department has successfully created tiny, chibi artificial humans as part of a project to develop Fairy Companions for people worldwide. The road to development is a long and arduous one however, with lab assistants screaming at each other in addition to the homunculi's already chaotic personalities.

Nozomanu Fushi no Boukensha - A perpetually low-rank adventurer meets his end after stumbling across a dragon that somehow managed to crawl up to the upper floors of a dungeon. Chewed, swallowed, preferably spat out, he's left a pile of bones... that still retains it's mobility and consciousness. He has revived as a skeleton monster, and with it the unique ability for dungeon monsters to evolve after accumulating enough experience. Perhaps this can be his newfound path to reach the coveted Mythril rank?

Lots of the blah blee blah blooh that light novel adaptations typically engage in, and I see that harem tag, but the premise itself is actually interesting enough that I'm willing to see where it goes.

Pashiri na Boku to Koisuru Banchou - A meek student, known throughout most of his school years as the designated punching bag and errand boy of every thug, attracts the much-feared attention of the hardest delinquent in town. One day she just cornered him and declared the boy as her personal belonging, pretty much ensuring that he'll remain a slave for the rest of his life. Except, she meant her words as a love confession...

The trailer for the Kasane movie is out. It looks like… a live action manga adaptation. So pretty bad. I might watch it for a good laugh though.

I read two of those, Nozomanu Fushi no Boukensha and Pashiri na Boku to Koisuru Banchou.

The first one seems like it could go somewhere interesting, but then, so do many isekais. Hard to tell. And way too many girls have been introduced without really doing anything with them other than just introducing them.

"What kind of idiots have to gather up to create a situation as troublesome as this one...!!" sums the second one rather well. It's the usual delinquent girl who gets misunderstood as far more violent than she is. Or in this case, than she wants to be to him. She really is that violent to other people, though, which is a bit of a change from other mangas.

Ano Hito no i Ni Wa Boku Ga Tarinai - A diminutive boy was able to see eldritch monsters and oddities ever since an elementary school trip has one steal his lunch. He has since learned to ignore them, but the sightings have increased in frequency and disturbance over the years. Nope, his eyes are solely focused on a sweet-tempered older girl, whom he regularly offers bento to in a bid to win her heart. She seems to reciprocate his feelings, but his cooking isn't the only reason why she likes his company...

Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo suru - Young men typically don't involve themselves with Hinamatsuri dolls, much less take up the trade in crafting them. This one however dreams of over taking over his grandfather's shop, though his interests in sewing and doll-making has made him painfully lonely and tight-lipped about himself. He looks up to the popular gyaru in class for being outspoken about her (image-clashing) otaku interests, but he understands that people like her are worlds apart.

That is, until she stumbles across him after school manning a sewing machine and giggling to his doll head. What will come from this encounter of two opposites?

Has Ningyohime no gomen ne gohan(The Mermaid Princess's Guilty Meal) been posted yet?

When Mermaid Princess Ela's fish friend is captured and turned into a delectable meal, she goes to land to mourn his death and aid his passing into the great beyond... If only that was the end of the story. Follow Ela as she discovers the wonders of seafood.

A sort of black comedy where she starts seeing her friends as food and goes on land whenever a friend is captured, orders them, mourn them, then gets tempted to eat the dish that is prepared.

Has it been updated? AFAIK the scanlators dropped it at chapter 2 or 3.

Managed to get ahold of Cells At Work BLACK. The design for the representative Neutrophil is absolute A-grade, but there's the fact that the spinoff's human body is a stressed-out heavy smoker, which means a compromised immune system...

...Yay...

Also, one of the arcs actually go into detail about erections and sperm cells. It's not as metaphorical as I thought it'd be.

Apparently two Sundays met today, as a new D. Gray Man chapter is out! And Allen escaped. Again. Except he (unwillingly) took Kanda with him this time. I had completely forgotten he could use the Ark to be honest. >.>
