Good questions. I noticed you guys were getting suspicious so I wrote the scene as misleading as I could to preserve the twist

The sniper that said "you won't rescue him" was a Russian mole, hence the reason the other nazis killed him. The guy that told Darwin "you don't understand" was trying to warm him about Master man.

And the Nazi giving orders was just a guy working for Masterman . I wrote that he was "masterful" as and adjective on purpose to make you think it was masterman.

Btw, how about if we make Master Man stronger than Blue Diamond, but conversely, Diamond is more invulnerable than him? So basically they'd bash each other ineffectively. forcing them to either use their brains or depend on others to win.

Now I need to figure out what Booster and Moon Knight should do...

Let's see... what were Team STRIKE doing before now? I think there was the whole subplot with Oscorp or summat. Jeeze, that's the trouble with this game. The amount of irons in the fire just keep accumulating. Easy to lose track of.

We did the Oscorp thing, that was the prison breakout. Then Raze burned down Godfrey's house, Booster and Moon Knight went to check on Godfrey, and Uncandescent fell off the face of the Earth.

Sorry about the late (and scattered) post, Jump City thread. Been kind of sick lately.

The planning seems really awesome, by the way.

Not mention luckybreak vanishing just when the fight with Mr. Negative was getting good.

I think you are doing great. The only "flaw" I see is that you worry too much. I think we all agree in that you posts are very enjoyable.

You know this She-Hulk thing got me thinking. I would love to see someone else writing one for my characters for a day or for a week( at most). I would be more than willing to let someone do it, If someone wanted to try . It could be very fun.

While Beetle's human host should be affected by Mr. Negative, what about his armor? It's basically an alien machine with a mind of its own, no? It would be fun to see a mental conflict here (besides if BB is fully converted, most of the heroes here are doomed.)

Ahh, not quite. That was a retcon.

You see, Angela was created by Neil Gaiman (of Sandman fame) as a character for the Spawn series- a female, scantly-clad angel to fight the Hell-Spawn (how 90's .) BUT he had a rights dispute and ended up taking the character with him to other companies. A short while ago, he actually brought her to Marvel, where they came up with the whole Thor's sister idea (Marvel has always been leery of using Christian characters.) Since I doubt Gaiman is going to give up his rights over her, I doubt she will be used much. In fact with the Big Reboot coming, her stories will probably be rendered moot.

Actually, Gaiman has sold the rights to Angela to Marvel Comics, so yeah, Angela is staying... I don't understand why they fused her to Thor's canon when Marvel could've used the excuse of "Angela isn't an angel in the Christian sense much like Mephisto isn't technically Satan, even though he's freaking Mephistopheles."

Basically, Angela should be a Ghost Rider character, not a Thor character.

So Marvel now owns Angela? Didn't know that part. I agree, what's the point of changing her origin, but as I said, Marvel doesn't like to mess with Judeo-Christian canon (well except for the demonic parts, they even had a Son of Satan comic, but only had real angels in (I think) a Ghost Rider reboot where they changed his origin so he was an Angel of Vengance rather than a demon, never liked that idea btw, is it even canon?) Admittedly, Angela does resemble a Valkyrie- except Marvel ALREADY had a character named THE Valkyrie, plus loads of female Asgardian she-warriors like Sif and Thor-Girl and the new Female Thor and arrrrgh.

That's part of the Angela retcon... Also it is Heven.
