Hagure Yuusha no Estetica

Wow that fight with the Cockatrice was boring. The fight with Tanaka was a bit better, but only because a certain someone butted in with an ice spell.

I want to know more about the circumstances surrounding Garith, and this Cocoon organization. But it looks like it's a fanservice episode up next. Ho-hum.

I... kinda liked it.

What is with this show? The word I associate it with is, of all things, the same one I associate with Cardfight Vanguard! The main characters/plots couldn't be more different, but they are both "refreshing." Cardfight Vanguard has a "refreshingly normal" main character/plot (for most of the series) while Estetica has a "refreshingly competent" harem lead who is a genuinely nice guy.

I am confounded by my own reaction!

Oh, specifically about this episode, I liked how casual he was about the whole thing... until the silly stuff at least. Also liked how the student council member being there at that time was actually explained and not just Hand Waved as an application of Rule of Funny.

I really love this anime.

Akatsuki is like some kind of a genius, his plans are bi9th crazy and brilliant.

He was guard for the courtesan's guild? Well that's some side-quest right here.

The fanservice in this episode was epic even for this anime.

Myuu is so cute, and she's as transparent as her underwear.

Good episode, very funny.

And it seems that next week we jump right back into action!

That was an absolutely hilarious and great episode.

And I agree Shlugo, that IS some sidequest.

When wet would be easier, but I thought it was simply when heated.

Wow. That's some charisma. He was apprently able to win the shop assistant's respect and she was apprently happy to leave him in the girls' changing rooms. And they were apparently prepared to completely forgive him (well except the member of the student council, but haha lol).

Wait, did I just watch an episode about selecting the right bra, with probably enough detail that I could comfortably fit someone with one?

Hmm, yeah, it is temperature-based, not moisture based. LOL

Ad lol at Myuu putting Queens Blade on the TV. XD!

Wasn't there going to be a crossover between Queens Blade and this series?

For an episode that was basically about buying underwear it wasn't half bad at all. I wish Akatsuki would tone down the sexual harassment, though he's fun to watch, considering. He even managed to say something heartwarming. In the girl's changing room, to a half-naked girl. Talk about charisma.

I also liked how the green-haired student council girl was there to pick out thief-proof underwear. XD Too bad Akatsuki's Steal skill is overleveled.

Is this even the same show any more? There was a TON of Meta Plot set-up and he didn't even intentionally cause the fanservice!

In other words, this episode will have interesting implications for the future.

Also loved the teacher's reaction. How did I know he had gotten every question right before falling asleep?

Oh man, as if Akatsuki wasn't badass enough, He gets magical, supersonic bike!] Damn.

The first half of the episode was so bro. Also I'm not sure if Akatsuki actually hates his father or just doesn't want to be seen as inferior to him. But yeah the foreshadowing was strong in this one.

The second half we for the first time see them work in the field. It was pretty cool even tho the opponents were no match for them. It also seems Kaidou is secretly badass. But who isn't in this show?

The vice-pres is such a Tsundere, always trying to "discipline" Akki.

One thing I have to say, this show has some epic genre shifts between episodes. Last one was wholly about Akatsuki groping Myuu in the mall and now we have action. lol

Very good episode, as always.

And next episode... Beach episode?! This means Myuu in a swimsuit Hell yeah sing me in! And will see whats happening in the world Akatsuki saved? Hell Yeah x2!

So Akatsuki get bike that cause Clothing Damage and let just knee socks...

Err. I don't know whether to feel sorry for the vice president or tell her to stop picking on someone stronger than her.

Yeah, the bike must share Akatsuki's superficial pervertedness.

I doubt so. He will be Well-Intentioned Extremist and member of that terroristic group mentioned in this episode. Though I wonder what is their goal...

I was also going to suggest watching further, but I refrained because I fully expected him to refuse.

Generally, when someone goes as far as to say they disliked it, it means they aren't going to continue (except when they ask if they should).

The second episode is more representative of the whole thing I think.

If it's about the ecchi level, then yes although it is kinda mitigated, it never reduces.

The main character does get more depth to him, and there are actually some sweet moments is something I can say with conviction.

Of course this applies too so I'm not actually going to go so far as to say you should watch more.
