I can't find that image, but I found a much bigger one on konachan.com. If that is the source, then our pic would be an excerpt.
ETA. All the images that Google Image Search brings up are a multi-person image of which ours is about 1/3 surface-wise. I can't find our image anywhere.

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard Feynman3 > 1 > 2, but 2 is still great.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going. The last one's the Emperor, right? But it looks rather busy, as do all the others.
Huh, doesn't look like it.

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanNo, that's just a bunch of Ultramarines. They are busy, but I'm not sure that anything that properly displays the trope wouldn't be.

Did we ever resolve the copyright question? Because judging from trope examples I don't expect Warhammer 40000 pics to not be too busy.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI believe it's just a piece of a larger picture, so we'd be covered; I still prefer the 40K pics.
Here's◊ a less busy 40K pic.
Bump...keep looking for options or do up a crowner?
I like .
Momentum, a function of mass and velocity, is conserved between portals. In layman's terms: speedy thing goes in, speedy thing comes out.I like that one too. Blinged out sci-fi Powered Armor, huge gun, and... no helmet.
At 350 px:
Looks good to me.
Works for me. Heavy armour + no helmet = senseless + looks good.
Check out my fanfiction!Wouldn't it be a good idea to find one with the helmetless guy flanked by a couple mooks who are wearing helmets? Not that 13 is bad by any means, I'm just saying.

3.3, unless you think it's too busy.
13 is great.
please don't capitalize my handle. I just don't like it.Bump; anyone else for 13, or should we crowner this?

3.3 is too busy. 13 also has the bonus that there is a flamethrower really close to the unprotected head.
Also, aren't these in 13 as opposed 3.3 ordinary (by setting standards - the irritating Warhammer 40000 hyperbole shows up) soldiers? This trope goes for "elites" more than that.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanHard to say...I've never played the game, but I assume that the Marine in 13 isn't a high rank. The guy at the top of 13.3 actually is a high rank, if that armor is any indication. Someone with more 40K experience than me can probably verify that.
He's looking sufficiently heroic for me.
And I thought that was a large muzzle flash, rather than a flamer...
Check out my fanfiction! It is, he's firing a bolter.
It's still wearing a dangerous weapon far too closely to your unprotected head [nitpick]
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanWell, according to the 40K fluff, even low-ranked Space Marines are supposed to be elite genetically altered Super Soldiers, so I'd say the marine from 13 fits. I think we've got a pretty good consensus here, I don't think a crowner is needed.
I can't say for sure, but this appears to be Fate Stay Night fanart for which we have no permission. Can anyone verify?
