Are the alternate realities from Planar Chaos still around or did they all merge into the regular timeline?

[up][up]I still think that if you're going to fight for advantages that small, you might as well try making silly faces to throw your opponent off his game. Would make for a very interesting Pro Tour, at least tongue

Has anyone here heard the rumor about some M13 fat packs having messed-up rare distribution?

Anyone up for a game? Just picked up a few boosters, reorganized my cards, and threw together a new deck that I'd like to try out.

Room is Whoop de do, password tropermtg.

Ah, OK. What did you think of the deck? I haven't used it in real life, and can't until I pick up the lands required to do so.

"deck thinning"?

Never heard of it.

Well, I really liked the Thatcher Revolt + Unruly Mob combo, so I think the deck definitely has potential in the "affordable IRL" domain. grin

@Space Jawa: The basic idea of deck thinning is to get rid of lands from your deck to reduce the chance of getting dead draws.

So I got Yeva's intro deck today. Boosters contained Trading Post and Sands of Delirium.

It's come to my attention that I need a win condition in this deck. It's decent at staying alive, but bad at killing people. This evolved from my mill deck that COULD kill, but had problems staying alive long enough to do anything. There anywhere I can host my decklist file on cockatrice for you guys to take a peek? For reference, it's the deck I use IRL as well.

Reading Aaron's Random Card Comments is pretty interesting - apparently Kei Takahashi is a "human/eumidian hybrid", whatever that is, and Mike Flores once won a Pro Tour game by playing an old version of Longbow Archers, prompting his opponent to name the wrong creature type with Tsabo's Decree.

[up] Eumidians are apparently a kind of sentient giant wasp from Jamuraa.
