Red skin and horns? Too literal. Current is better.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I can't look at the suggestions right now, but I think there's more than enough implied in the current pic, especially with Facilier's expression and the skull/crossbones on his hat.
Keep Until Better Image Suggested; a literal interpretation could lead to trope misuse and, as Willbyr said, the current implies the trope. Finding another shouldn't be impossible, though.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.I've never seen the source of the image, but the trope is clear to me just by looking at the picture. I actually saw at the picture before I noticed the thread topic, and I connected it instantly.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything. It's good enough for me. By all means, I'm sure we can do better, but this isn't anywhere near pullable bad.
Okay, it seems like the character isn't the problem, and I see where everyone is coming from about the literalism. I agree that it definitely doesn't need to be pulled. Would it be possible to get a screenshot from the movie of the when the deal is made official, such as the characters actually shaking hands with the him as opposed him just offering? If not, I'm fine with the image being left alone, seeing as most tropers seem to like it.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Suggestion◊ from Hercules. Cropping out the empty space, of course.

Panhandling sign glued to hands. Need $5 for solvent.Ooh, that one is nice!
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!Brighten it a little
Hades is definately more ominous looking, plus they are shaking hands, which signifies a deal. I'm liking this one.
...okay, I'm favoring Hades over Facilier. At 350 px:

This is good. Current is also good. I'm fine with either.
The first one is good, but Hades is better. I say change it.
"Yeah, it's a shame. Here we are in an underground cave with all these lasers, and instead of having a rave we're using it for evil."That is excellent.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I like the Hercules one.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.I like that it not only shows the deal-making handshake, but also the suffering that the hero experiences for having made the deal.
I like the Hercules pic too.
I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting AgencyHercules has the edge.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything.Hercules, please.
"@[=g3,8d]&fbb=-q]/hk%fg"rodney sent me a different crop of the pic that I prefer to the one I made; since there's a clear consensus for that pic in general, his version can be put on the page and I'll take care of the rest.
EDIT: It's up; locking up.

The current picture and caption are:
I'm not really seeing the "devil" aspect, I've never seen The Princess And The Frog, so for all I know, it could be just a guy in an outlandish hat. Plus, I'm only kind of seeing the "deal" aspect, because even though he's trying to shake the hands of the other two men, he's doing it in such a weird manner that it kind of looks like he's stretching.
I'm thinking this◊ or this◊ could be a possible replacement, with the caption "The Devil's in the details" or something along those lines.
