Seriously, Red's captor was an idiot. He or she both gave away his/her position by pressing the gun to Red's back, and gave away the position of the sniper.

Well, regardless, Red was treating it as the truth because, if he did have someone in that building, he'd be protected, and, if he didn't, than Red had nothing to worry about from that roof anyway.
Regardless, he shouldn't have pressed the gun to Red's back. It gave his position away.

Alright, I'm going to let this play out, but you shouldn't be able to do any more than attempt to grab the gun.
If this caught him by surprise I might have allowed more, but this is very, very clearly a case of the agent being read to pull the trigger the second he said "Britannian Intelligence" hence why he didn't immediately.
Explicitly, you're arm was cuffed and pulled away first. If you want to try, it's going to be a Speed roll. If you fail, your character is crippled and critically wounded. A tie means that you are still cuffed but you got enough of a grip on the gun that it doesn't hit a kidney. A victory means you're holding the nozzle of the gun and the agent still has time to react.
Also it's difficult to arrest someone without knowing where you are.

Ahahaha. I shouldn't be finding this as funny as I am, but my character wore sunglasses practically the entire RP last time, and never once was the absurdity of it Lampshaded as it deserved. Thanks, Nman.
