If you want to change characters, I guess we can have Crash get destroyed on the first day and not be able to fight again. I personally find offing characters more satisfying than just swapping, but it's up to you.

I think we'll have the majority of the fighters show up first before we have the first match. However, I do think the first match will be between Falcon and Luffy, just because they were the first fighters to show up.
I think it might make more sense for my introduction to go canonically last, unless someone else plans on a much more ridiculous introduction.

Yeah, I'll have platforms appear on both sides of the arena for those not in the middle of a fight to stand on.

Pretty much, I want to give Crash his Jetpack from Crash 2 as a recovery attack. And maybe his motorcycle from Crash 3 as a charge move similar to Wario's own? And a move involving the crates. Just some stuff I thought up.
