Any reviews for Runaways' current title? Runaways is what got me into Marvel Comics in the first place, so I'm a bit scared to have my heart broken again.

My pull list is kind of in flux at the moment because so much stuff I'm reading just concluded. But I have a back log of titles I want to check out like Moon Girl that have gotten a whole lot of trades without me noticing.

The current writer of Runaways is clearly a fan of the original run. You should definitely read it. But start from the begining of the new run: it includes a recap of all the things that have been going on with them between the death of Gert and nowadays. As the team had splitted up and had been having small apearances in otherwise unrelated comics (that you probably ignored about), that's a welcomed thing.

And prepare to laugh a lot when you reach the 7 issue and see the way Molly is legally adopted.

Amazing, I was hoping for a recap. I'll keep an eye on the trade.

I need to dig my old copies out of their hiding place. I think they're in my parent's loft.

An honest opinion? I'm shocked!

Monsters Unleashed just ended and I thought it was pretty fun, in a Saturday morning cartoon way.

Moon Girl, Moon Girl, Moon Girl!

It is by far the best Marvel comic out there right now.

As a longtime Runaways fan....I'm not ecstatic about it.

Bringing back Gert was perhaps inevitable but so much of the character development in the series was based around their reaction to her demise.

Xavin being Put on a Bus is not great, especially as they were a black genderfluid character.

No one really liked Klara Plast but her Put on a Bus status also irritated me as she'd had a really crap life.

On the plus side, Victor is back after the horrible Character Derailment he suffered.

Ha Victor's already back.

Man that was some traumatic shit in Vision.

xavin was put on a bus in vol 3. so you can only really put klara on this vol.

but i wouldnt bet on xavin coming back because its obvious karolina is gonna break up with julie and get with nico for synergy

Additional fun title: All-New Wolverine. Seriously, a Wolverine title is one of the most entertaining things Marvel's been putting out. Gabby is a big part of that. She is an eternal delight. The book does also get heavy, of course. But even at its darkest, there's usually some Gabby line that is amazing.

Going back a ways, I just wanted to clarify something: Tigra's baby is not 100% human.

He is 100% cat-person.

Who are the current Marvel superheroes with kids? There's Tygra and Hank, Deadpool, Jessicas Drew and Jones, Luke Cage, Jubilee, Kevin Cole, and Moon Knight

Peter Parker in RYV. Also, as I said, Nico and Chase, the current legal guardians of Molly Hayes. They even have to attend her school meetings!

I mentioned RYV because, unlike other alternate universes, it is being published now.

We also have teen Cyclops and Cable, but that's a bit... weird

Slott did hint RYV was connected to 616 back in 2016

I forgot another: Wolverine (or Old Man Logan, whichever is alive). He has Daken, a teenager clone (Laura), and even the son of alternate and much cooler version of himself (Jimmy).

Is Skar still alive? He's Hulk's son. He also had a daughter, apparently. Not sure whether she kicked it or not either.
