Needs Help: Cape Swish

I would like to put some suggestions, but I'm having trouble finding some. Anyone else have some good ones?

I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.

This scene from Ocarina Of Time comes to mind, but I'm not sure which frames; or pairs of frames; are best to use. This kind of trope is hard to demonstrate in a still image.

EDITED IN: Does it require swishing the whole cape, or only part of it? Half a minute into this video is a swishing of part of a cape.

It's alright, but I'm not really crazy about it. Some options I found (not sure how many actually count for the trope:

Could you try to look for Meta Knight? I'm not particularly crazy about any of the ones you've listed.

That's the best one of those, for sure.

I prefer 7.3 and 7.5. 7.1 would be far and away my favourite, except it's so dark and slightly grainy.
