With only 33 wicks and 2 inbounds for what seems like a common villain type. Frankly, I blame the terrible, ambiguous name for it. It's named for a character in a book we don't even have a page for, and frankly it sounds more like a trope about either action heroes or highly unlucky individuals.

Hugo Chavez seems to think it's a pre-existing term...

Evil Imperialist, maybe?

I think the Venezuelan version of TV Tropes might be able to use this, if Mister Danger has enough Pop Cultural Osmosis to be easy shorthand there. That said, this clearly isn't the Venezuelan version of TV Tropes. I agree with the rename.

Evil Imperialist seems like a good fit to me.

Evil Imperialist just sounds like a guy who wants to conquer the world to me. Arrogant Colonial Villain, maybe?

What is this, exactly? Villain whose goal is conquest of an "inferior" race or culture? Evil Imperialist or Evil Colonialist would be suitable titles, I guess.

Bumping for a few more votes. If you're looking to free up some space in the TRS, start fleshing out some of the examples on the page—we should be able to get this out and make space pretty quickly once that is done.
