In a thread for What Does She See in Him? ([1]), it was suggested that this may fit here:

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I don't think a popular rabbit is good for the ugly part.
I do agree with pulling the current, though.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything. He's weak-looking, shorter than her, etc... that's considered pretty much equivalent to ugly as far as dating goes.
EDITED IN: At the very least, it's better than using an image that violates the rule stated on the same page.

"The Daily Show has to be right 100% of the time; FOX News only has to be right once." - Jon StewartWe have several other pages that don't allow real-life examples but nevertheless have a real-life picture. I don't think that's such a big problem.
Also, Roger Rabbit isn't ugly; that image would fit better on Inter Species Romance.
So he's not a hunk. He's still cute, though.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything. Those pages likely will need changing due to the policy.
And it's not really stated In-Universe that Roger is ugly, so I'm not sure that counts.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.Do you have a source for that policy? Because the image pickin' policy says nothing about that.
Indeed, the trope is Ugly Guy, not Average Guy. Interestingly, the Roger Rabbit pic was veto'ed off another page (despite consensus to put it there) because it didn't illustrate that trope; it should likewise be vetoed here, because it doesn't illustrate this trope either.
Well an image is an example of a trope, just one meant to illustrate it.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid. Not all page images are an example of the trope, though. For instance, some are visual puns, or illustrations.
Anyway, my point is that while it may seem logical to you to remove real life images from pages with no real life examples, that doesn't mean it's policy. And frankly, there's a huge difference between a single preselected IRL image, and an unbounded list of IRL things that may invite controversy and edit wars. Please don't call things policy unless they actually are.
And I'd vote to Keep Until Better Image Suggested.
Whether or not it is "policy", it seems strongly preferable not to have a RL image on a page that forbids RL examples. Prefer nothing to current. (Although, prefer Roger to nothing. "He's not ugly" is taking "ugly" too literally maybe.)
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. We pulled Jane Seymour from Grandma, What Massive Hotness You Have! for being a technical violation of no real life examples. This is no different. Tropes about hotness and fanservice are especially discouraged from having real life pictures, because they encourage gushing.
In summary: I'd like a new picture here.
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerYeah, best to find a new pic for this one.
Roger Rabbit is "cute" in the sense one associates with children and animals, not in the "one-syllable shorthand for handsome" sense. This is similar to being ugly as far as dating goes. We should still keep looking for better images, but for now, Roger Rabbit is still fitting enough to use as the replacement image until we find something better.

"The Daily Show has to be right 100% of the time; FOX News only has to be right once." - Jon StewartWhy not wedding photos from The Simpsons, The Flintstones, Family Guy, or other such series?

I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.IIRC Homer married Marge before she gave birth to Bart, and wasn't bald, nor as fat, at the time. As far as wedding scenes go, though, Family Guy provides the following:
"The Daily Show has to be right 100% of the time; FOX News only has to be right once." - Jon Stewart
works for me.
Better than the rabbit.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything.I'd have thought that the rabbit, while not "ugly" in a literal sense of the word, would still have conveyed "dating way out of his league as far as appearance goes" (short, weak-looking, etc...) a bit more clearly than a slightly below average groom with a slightly above average bride. (Granted, typically Peter's a bit further than slightly below, but not at that moment.)
In any case, perhaps the Family Guy one could be the tentative replacement instead?

"The Daily Show has to be right 100% of the time; FOX News only has to be right once." - Jon StewartI like Family Guy at least in the interim.
We can do this picture◊ from Azumanga Daioh.
That's a decent suggestion too.
Caption suggestion: "And that's just one reason people are shocked he's with her."

I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.Good one.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything.
Poor not in that it doesn't show the trope (it does), but that it's apparently a real life picture, when this is a No Real Life Examples Please trope.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.
