well with the pc im rather more focused on why he's wearing tights (or whatever you call them) underneath his shorts.

why are either of them wearing winter clothes in summer?

...so, is this a trailer for the anime or the game?

Does this imply that the game will have anime videos in it....?!

It's a promo for the game that has the effect of making us all extremely sad, because we know the anime won't be like that... ever.

/sighs/

But...I wanted to see N in an actual anime....

if its for the anime then it means we've finally abandoned ash to his well-deserved fate of...whatever terrible thing he happens to be suffering through at this point

that is the only reason i could ever have to accept the new pc and rival designs

usher out one terrible protagonist, usher in another, fresher terrible protagonist with bizarre fashion sense and a friend called sasuke, who wrestled with a magnetite as a hobby when he was a kid, and now has to live with the terrible afro that results.

The rival looks better than either of the P Cs, IMO. His woobat hair is cool, haters gonna hate.

Funny, for part of that, I was wondering "Did that Ice Beam spread that far?" before I realized "oh wait, the town's been glaciated by Kyurem. Duh."

Man, I loved the Pokémon's voices in the trailer. Those grunts and snarls...perfect.

Also, there were actually episodes of the anime focusing on non-Ash protagonists. I remember Gold and Crystal actually got an episode to themselves back in the day.

the only episodes i ever saw without ash or one of the main reacurring characters were a few from a different show called pokemon chronicles.

beyond that i dont recall any gold or crystal episodes in the main show tho.

then again, was never a religious fan or anything so its not like i kept track...

If the anime looked like this most of the time I would probably watch it more...

This video strikes me as one of those ads/shorts they would put up on the 3DS.

Dear Arceus please let this be a new Pokemon anime. Holy hell it actually looks GOOD.

There's no way that it's a new anime. The animation is far too good for an anime.

If only the anime was this good...

So, Bianca's now a professor/lab assistant? And I only have this to say about both the male PC and rival's hairstyles: they're both terrible. End of story.

Oh, and it looks like Elesa had a bit of a makeover. Well, she is a supermodel. I guess it makes sense that she'd want to reinvent her look every once in a while.
