From what I understand it has sufficient character development and plot, the only possible problem I see is Nekoko who looks kinda young.

She's one of 3 love interests to choose from, and you do have sex with her. I haven't played the game myself, so I don't know how old she supposed to be.
Nekoko should be aroud 16-ish, ignoring whatever the game tells to you about character ages (you know, the standard "everyone is 18+". But yes, she does appear naked, since she's a heroine. Have played the game but never her route, so I can't comment on her. The other two girls make it easily, though.

She's old enough to be in the same high school as the main character, that much I can tell from the trope page, so should be around the 16-18 year range.

I think it was mentioned by someone that she's almost always seen stoned out of her mind of drugs. I remember asking I think Arha about her sex scenes and whether or not they were meant for titillation and I was answered that they are far too strange to be considered erotic.

Hm. She looks younger than I remembered. Then again, everyone is drawn in a rather questionable fashion.
Anyway, yeah, of the two routes I read I didn't feel like any of the scenes were really erotic. Too weird. That may be unintentional, I guess.

Okay, what's the thing about Druuna? I was reminded of it for some reason, and apparently we do have an article... But for a spinoff video game. (DruunaMorbusGravis)
The graphic novel series is well... Bad. I don't *think* there's any pedophilia (then again, I skimmed through it) but the amount of rape-porn of various kinds kind of makes up for it. There's a story, of sorts, but I'd probably have recommended a cut.
Luckily, you don't have to decide: We don't have a page for the Graphic Novel series!
However, we do have a page (albeit only a stub) for a spinoff game...

Well, it's a PC game. It appears to have no ESRB rating. It apparently isn't very good. There's some clips of it on Youtube. That's about all I can find.
There is a cheat code that makes Druuna run around naked.

Gamefaqs has no info on ERSB ratings. Wikipedia's not much help there either, the Spanish wikipedia more or less saying this game sucks. All I could find that wasn't brief youtube video snippets that counts as any form of information is this review...
Frankly, this game's biggest crime is just being really shitty in 2001. It does pander to the lowest common denominator, with nude if poorly rendered models (review said there were topless models), so it's not gonna be missed if it's cut.

I know of Morbus Gravis's existence because it was produced in Italy and obviously it got some publicity back then, and I also know it's definitely mediocre. I may ask a friend who's a fan of Druuna's author if she's familiar with the game, so she may know more. The article is just that stub and I don't care for it but if there's just nudity in the game, I wouldn't be quick calling it "porn" and calling the cut (which would be ironic considering how much rules-lawyering there is, and has been, around many adult Japanese games).
Right now I can't do some more research because my connection is reduced to 56K speed (hopefully, I'll get rid of this shit and get something better in september); hopefully, I'll find something more on Italian sites later.
Well considering that this one is a stub we can cut it for that but thats not a 5p issue.
