EDIT: Removing mistaken statement.

I would say zap it but if someone with experience with the later books/chapters can give more insight go ahead.
"Its a comic it must be for kids." Just saying some places put la blue girl in the kids section back in the 90s and library's don't keep up with trends that well if I recall.
That's good I just hear eye rolling story's sometimes.

Correction: I must be thinking of something else because I went to double check and I'm not getting any hits on the library catelogue for Air Gear.
Still, my library puts plenty of manga in the regular/adult books section. They don't classify everything as being for kids.
Right, a confirmation would be nice. But if there's no answer for a while, I think it should just be zapped.
The words above are to be read as if they are narrated by Morgan Freeman.Zapped on what grounds? It isn't porn, it is? I could have sworn we weren't cutting stuff just for being echhi shonen.
I believe he means removed from the discussion altogether as harmless.
5p Can remove things from the list on the grounds that its not worth reviewing like if some troll flagged sesame street or something.
Yes, that's what I meant. Sorry if it isn't clear. Better than forcing other members to waste their time reviewing harmless stuff. *
By the way, Death Panda and Waita Uziga are not resolved; I think we got to the wrong conclusion back then.
The words above are to be read as if they are narrated by Morgan Freeman.I just gave Death Panda the third devilhead and put "cut" in the disposition. Well, specifically "Horrible bestiality gore-porn. Cut with extreme prejudice."

"Did anybody invent this stuff on purpose?" - Phillip Marlowe on tequila, Finger Man by Raymond Chandler. Are we free to cutlist it then?
Also, with this ruling it seems that the Uzicha person (can't spell its name) has been producing "nothing but porn" according to The Five.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanAwful gore porn at that. It's up there with "pedoshit" as horrible nasty stuff.
"Pancakes. Oh, I blew it." - Joel Hodgson Nobody better lay a Butterfinger on my 3DS!@Catalogue,
Calling Air Gear porn is ludicrous. It is just a heavily fanservice story, but that is about it. Not much explicit either. It verges on the line sometimes, but nothing worse than a nipple is ever shown. The fanservice is not even the main point. It is all about impossibly crazy/cool air battles in self-propelled inline skates.
It is not pedo pandering either, if you are wondering. Out of the top of my mind, there is only a single important child character. And she doesn't have any fanservise scenes.
No, there's one male character who counts as under-age as well, but likewise, there's no fanservice from him either. Fanservice in Air Gear is confined to adult characters and is limited to fanservice. There's no sex and only mild nudity. That's a pretty clear keep.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. Dick@Catalogue Re: Air Gear
- Wikipedia lists it as shonen Disclaimer
- ANN lists objectionable content as "Significant" (TV anime) and "Intense" (Manga)
- Funimation lists rating as TV-MA
More than that, I can't say having not seen it, but the thread seems to suggest it being another shonen ecchi series.

"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard Cohen@Heathh: You may be misreading Catalogue's statement - from what I can tell, the argument is actually "I know this is not porn, so we shouldn't even bother discussing it and keep".

Yeah, you are right. I apologize, Catalogue. I kinda misunderstood what you meant by "zap it".
Air Gear DOES contain Serious Sexual Assault of a male character at the very beginning, and implied rape of women (manga, not anime.) by a gang.
Keeper of The Celestial FlameImplied rape shouldn't be a problem.
If thats all it has it should be zapped.
We *really* need a better term for that.
If someone can come up with something better I am all ears or eye balls in this case.
Try "stricken from the list" as opposed to zapped from the list.
Fight smart, not fair.I like 'stricken' as well. Since the action is to strike it from the list. Agreed with the concern that 'zap' seems too much like 'zap the page'.
Air Gear is reported. Based on what I saw about 5 years ago, I won't show it to my grandmother, but I don't think this is porn. Should I take this seriously or should I zap it?
The words above are to be read as if they are narrated by Morgan Freeman.
