From the looks of it Praetorians and Scions are the two enemy types that have insta-kill attacks.

I'm guessing the collectors will be the biotic heavy enemy we've been a little light on, Banshee and Phantom being the only exceptions. I'm just hoping the Scion and Dragoon can't pierce barricades cause that is really going to suck.

Scion's being able to penetrate cover is what makes them scary. So I hope they can.
