Ambiguous Name: Plot With Porn

Calling crowner in favor of Explicit Content.

I did the split, watchlisted Explicit Content as was recommended and disambiguated Plot With Porn. Now,

1. The wicks have to be disambiguated as well
2. Gratuitous Sex Scene and Sex To Plot Ratio may be YKTTW'd-able.
3. There has been a suggestion to make an index for "explicit stuff". Should we make Explicit Content into an index for explicitness-related tropes, since it is going to stay exampleless?

An example would be Not Safe for Work

That sounds good. I never thought "work has sex in it" was trope-worthy in the first place.

Listing a more complete list:

• Squick and Disgust Tropes (now thinking about it, they are probably better off in the description of Explicit Content)

I will sponsor the YKTTW for Gratuitous Sex Scene, though on account of being busy with real life stuff, I won't be able to really do it until this weekend. If this timeline is agreeable to all, I'll do so sometime Saturday evening or Sunday afternoon.

I just want to bump this discussion since I never received a definitive answer about creating that YKTTW one way or the other (the thread just sort of died), and now that I have computer access again, I can maintain said YKTTW through the process.

On the other hand, if I should not create a YKTTW for some reason, I would like notification before I go through the effort.

I am kinda split here. On the one hand, it could be a more tropable pattern than Explicit Content is by itself. On the other hand, it would need some curation lest it becomes another "list of sex scenes in fiction" page.

I was considering the possibility that said trope should be No Examples Please, in which case I would just sandbox it instead of going through YKTTW.

It's possible, but I would recommend to pull it to YKTTW and collect examples, then upon launch, drop the examples from the launched page and move them over to the respective work pages. This way, enough people will find the new trope without having to search them.

Otherwise, I'd say to look at Coitus Ensues, this and the "keeper" group of the various 5P reviews.
