Hm. I don't see any mention of underaged love interests on the character page or the VNDB page. Was this one perhaps cut for being on the Hentai index? If so, I think it merits a review.
If we are talking abut hinako then it was cut for pedo content in bathing with hinako assuming I remember correctly.
edit: Just checked the evaluation thread I think you may have meant to post there.

I mean Wordsworth. I remember the discussion on Hinako, but I don't remember one for Wordsworth. At least I don't think I do.
Okay, apparently that discussion was going on in the other thread. My bad.
I still think we need to review it.

Go ahead and start a petition You seem to know more abut it then I do, all I know is that it has a hentai ova.
All I know is that it's an old visual novel. It's quite possible that it had a hentai OVA that just focused entirely on the sex. I do recognize the company that made it, though the only work of theirs I know is YU NO. Which was neither porn nor pedo pandering.
I think this was just a case of being on a bad index, though unlike FSN it at least merited a place there if it was based on the anime, which I assume was probably pretty pornographic.
Someone already tagged it, anyway. Crossposting now!

The intended audience for Popotan is not exactly a secret, so why this has become a problem now I don't know.
Regardless, since you ask:
- The series being seinen is probably due in part to the admittedly high amount of fanservice. We've already been through why none of that applies to the underage characters.
- "[Seinen] has a wide variety of art styles and more variation in subject matter, ranging from the avant-garde to the pornographic. Because of the emphasis on storyline and character development instead of action, some seinen series are often confused with shōjo, or girls' manga. This is especially true of seinen comedy series such as Chobits, and Chi's Sweet Home, or seinen drama such as Twin Spica. Other examples of seinen manga include: Akira, Monster, Gantz, 20th Century Boys, Code Geass, Berserk, Battle Royale, Blame!, Vagabond, Ghost in the Shell, Hellsing, Black Lagoon, Ikigami, Elfen Lied, Another, Battle Angel Alita, Zetman and Drifters. Rumiko Takahashi's Maison Ikkoku is sometimes classified as seinen, although this is disputed by some fans." The "some series are often confused with shoujo" part has a "[citation needed]" tag, but I think we all agree that is something that can happen. In any case, it just goes to show that "seinen" is not synonymous with "perverse".

Words Worth? Yeah, it's not pedo.
Although it was in the Anime/ subspace, not VN or Main. The page we had could have been focused on the OVA.

Crossposted from the Popotan (P5 Only) thread:
Okay, I've had some time to think this over (more time than I probably should've...) but I've come to a decision. I'm sorry, but I'm just not convinced that those scenes with Mii aren't intended for the sake of fanservice. Their existence in a work that, while not nearly as bad as its original source, is still very much an ecchi series, just doesn't make me think that the show abides to our content policy.
With that, I'm giving it the third devilhead. Again, I apologize if anyone finds my decision disagreeable (to say the least), but keep this in mind: I'm not doing this out of some beef with the show. I just don't think it jives with our content policy, is all.
Experience has taught me to investigate anything that glows.@Arha: IIRC, the page for Wordsworth was on the Anime, which was pretty much wall-to-wall sex scenes with bits of plot interspersed that seemed to serve as a bridge for more sex scenes. I don't think the VN ever had a page or was reviewed.

Any additional opinions on whether the "Bathing With Hinako examples are not allowed" message should remain commented out or be visible in the work description?
Visit my contributor page to assist with the "I Like The Cheeses" project! The RE-TAKE page specificially says to limit examples to the All-Ages version, so I don't think it would hurt to have that notice in the description.
Speaking of RE-TAKE, the Fanon Discontinuity bit on the YMMV page needs to go, yes?

Leave a commented note, I say. Generally I think commented notes are better than visible ones or none at all, TBH.
"Polite life will fill you full of cancer." - Iggy Pop "I've seen the future, brother, it is murder." -Leonard CohenI think the argument was that while Re-TAKE is open to editing, the Hinako page will be locked and thus not need a message that would serve as an inadvertent advertisement of Bathing.
But like I said, I'm fine with it either way, so I'll go with the consensus on this.

Komodin: All right. I can tell when I'm arguing with someone who's not going to change his mind. I'm not going to try to bring the page back. I'm also not going to pretend that I think this is a step in the right direction regarding your little "paedo problem", but a loss is a loss. I'd also like to thank everyone for the discussion, it brought some interesting things to light.
That being said, I'd advice anyone interested to keep an eye on this. I know very well I have a snowball's chance in Hell, but this has become increasingly more about making sense of these current events rather than restoring shows we disagree on. I'll see you there.
By the way, since I wrote about 90 % of the page in question, would it be too much to ask for if I could have it back personally? Not that I'm demanding anything, but you have backups, I assume.
Listen to others, think for yourself. If you go to the Popotan page and hit the Source button it should still be there. Never mind, doesn't work with cut pages. Ignore me.

Thanks anyway. But if you could bring Hinako back so quickly, surely there shouldn't be any problem at least getting the text back somehow?
Listen to others, think for yourself. They're not going to help you with this; Eddie has said as much.
I would suggest hollering (the yellow triangle on the top right corner of each post) to request that information from a mod. That's what I did to get the Hinako page posted here.

Did the original have a YMMV page?
