The words above are to be read as if they are narrated by Morgan Freeman.Pull it
He's wearing glasses that make you think of 20th century Eastern Europe, and he's got a pistol that looks like the kind you always see Nazis. That, in combination with the word "Nazi" being the title of the page, is enough for me. It's kind of the nature of this trope that he isn't going to flaunt his being a Nazi, so having a subtle picture that you have to look at closely kind of works.

To me it just looks like a generic old man with a gun.
Reaction Image RepositoryYeah, I was German and yet I can't see anything Nazi in that image.

It does not matter who I am. What matters is, who will you become? - motto of Omsk BirdIt's pulled. What comes to mind for me is one of the side characters from The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, but I dunno if the Swedish film had a clear enough shot of his house to establish the Nazi connection...it'd be too much to try to get from the American version.
If head a more distinctive German pistol, it might have worked.

This is just an old guy and a gun (JAOGAAG). Nothing about him really indicates that he's a Nazi. The only thing that comes close is that his gun sorta looks like a P38, but that's not really what people are looking for when they think "Nazi". I don't watch Family Guy, but the description mentions that the entire episode deals with this, so maybe there's a scene with this guy opening an attic where he has tons of swastikas, iron crosses, and gold bars with Iron Eagles imprinted on them?
