I'm not entirely sure I believe that, Moo. And considering your various accusations, the fact that you claimed to be the first power role you were asked about, and the fact that you mentioned a teammate, I'm actually starting to wonder if you're a Wintergrasp hoping that we'll unvote before the day ends.

It's kind of expected that mafs can vote on other mafs to lynch. It happened last game with us and YOLO. But yea, you did accept the first power role that I said, and that was a guess, too, based on a mistake in my logic.

Hmm... Well, this is interesting. It's been a while since people followed my lead. Time for some analysis before the day closes.

• In the event that Moo is a Dragon Lord: Whoops. Some suspicion towards those on the bandwagon, especially me, Speedchesser and Anolis; I recommend the Greenseer(s) check us out. On the bright side, the Dragon Lord role could do as much harm as good with such power, so we may have more time to find the actual culprits.
• In the event that Moo is a Wintergrasp: Yay! We got one! The comment about "my own teammate lynching me" is interesting. It could be gamethrowing, or it could just be a bluff to throw us off. Possible interpretations:
  • It's just an attempt to throw us into confusion. Given Moo's current erratic behaviour, "confusion" is definitely something in mind. Seems to make the most sense.
  • Anolis, being the most vocal against Moo, is a Wintergrasp. It seems to be what Moo is trying to imply, but it looks like a rather obvious framing attempt to me. Highly unlikely.
  • I, having starting the vote, am a Wintergrasp. This suggests that Moo was willing to throw me under the bus, but got mad at me for doing the same. Also, I should have learned from that incident with thestonedog that elaborate sacrifice schemes are a bad idea when you haven't gotten to know and trust the people you're trying them with. Pretty strange.
  • Speedchesser, being the first person to express suspicion of Moo and the last voter, is a Wintergrasp. This would be even stranger, since if both Moo and Speedchesser were evil, Speed could have taken the perfectly good opportunity to frame me rather than sacrificing a teammate at the drop of a hat (if you'll pardon the pun). Makes no sense at all.
  • Someone else in the bandwagon is a Wintergrasp, and Moo blames them more than the three of us for some reason. Possible, but I don't know what that would imply.

If Moo was a Wintergrasp, then saying "You will see" when asked about a teammate probably wouldn't imply he means me. In fact, that's why I assumed he was a Dragonlord despite his last comment noting otherwise.

What has been said seems to make sense, additionally this way the dragon can live!

Ah, I... don't see, Anolis. Is Moo trying to say you're good or say you're evil? Some of the things Moo posted seemed to accuse you, but I don't really understand what their other recent posts are actually saying. I think if there were innocents who knew each others' roles, I would have known about it sooner. I'm confused.

Meanwhile, in the city of Thenis...

"Wait, are you guys saying that we have to kill a dragon?" Vivi questioned, looking positively horrified, "no, we're going to keep him!"

Katt Ninetails stood up, looking at everyone present.

"We should have Mumair inspected, I really think something fishy is going on with him."

She then let out a sigh.

"This isn't for personal reasons, but I am planning to vote Mumair for lynching."

Mumair just shrugged.

"Well, since we have no choice in the matter... I say we lynch the dragon."

Yo-Fox-Lo snickered a bit, playing around with his kunai.

"I vote for Mumair... just kidding, I'm getting Thicke on this one."

Brine doesn't really say anything for now, only chopping firewood with his bare hands and carrying them off to his cottage.

Laithelryn looked at Thicke pitifully, before sighing.

"I... vote for Thicke Lych..."

Vivi looked devastated at the others' decision, before he slumped on a bench and looked at the dragon.

"This is so mean... but..."

He casted one more gaze at Aerenis's dragon.

"I solemnly vote for Thicke..."

He then stopped, blinking.

"Wait..."

His face twisted into a grin.

"I vote for Mumair!" he said enthusiastically, standing up.

He then turned to Mumair, who was about to fume.

"Why the ultimatum against Katt, anyway?"

Laithelryn nodded a bit, still looking at the dragon.

"I wish we wouldn't kill the poor thing now..."

Vivi, however, was now focused on petting Thicke, who just nudged the young man as he was petted.

Brine suddenly looked at Mumair with a threatening glare.

"I vote for Mumair." he said simply, before returning to get firewood.

Locke also turned to Mumair, pointing an accusing finger at the mage, who didn't respond, although the glare was evident.

"Why are you all voting for me?" he questioned at last, glaring at everyone.

"Moreover, why the ultimatum against Katt?" Vivi asked, looking at Mumair sternly as he continued to pet Thicke.

"Why? Because she was being inexperienced, that's why!" Mumair hissed back, fuming from anger.

Vivi laughed sarcastically.

"Inexperienced? Hell, I bet in the Realm that she's way more experienced than you ever were!"

Yo-Fox-Lo stood up, nearing Mumair as he drew his kunai, looking at the mage.

"Mumair, back off. Now."

Brin looked at the others, xer eyes focused on Mumair also.

"I vote for Mumair. Not to mention the fact that I like dragons and I wouldn't like them to be killed."

Yo-Fox-Lo gave an agreeing nod at Brin.

"Well, looks like it's on you, Mumair. You shouldn't have held a grudge against Katt."

Sam also looked at Mumair.

"I vote for Moo, anyway."

Finally, even Laithelryn stood up.

"I withdraw my vote against Thicke."

He started to chant a bit...

"I vote for Mumair... Imprison!"

Before Mumair could react, the mage found himself trapped in a prison of sorts, made out of pure Arcane Energy.

At the same time, everyone else drew their weapons, ready to attack.

Vivi fired multiple shots at Mumair, which hit the mage... and he slowly started to transform into something else...

A collective gasp.

"Wintergrasp!"

Mumair's true form revealed, he suddenly fired a freezing blast at Laithelryn, temporarily freezing the other mage in place, before laughing menacingly.

Thicke roared with anger, firing a ball of flames at Mumair, who was hit thanks to his laughing, cutting off an arm which slowly started to melt.

Brin then charged with a battle cry, stabbing the arm with both xer keyblades, and it started to melt completely.

Mumair turned to Brin with another unearthly hiss... before he found a butterfly knife embedded on his neck, courtesy of Locke, who stood up straight from his previous crouching position, ready to throw another knife.

Sam was quick to react at this chance, using his rope to trap Mumair and prevent him from attacking any more, and Link took this chance to take his sword and stab Mumair straight in the heart with it.

Brine then hurled his tree trunk at Mumair's head, taking it off cleanly, and it fell to the floor cleanly, but his eyes were still glowing.

Katt was the one to do the final shot, shooting an obsidian arrow at pinpoint accuracy to the head, making it melt slowly into nothing but water and cold mist... as Laithelryn was freed from the freezing spell, collapsing onto the ground as he recovers from it, breathing heavily.

Thicke just tilted his head with a whimper.

At the same time, the Wintergrasps could feel a powerful presence leaving them...
