That looks like classic Just A Face And A Caption right there.
Only thing GIS spat out for me is this◊.

Fight smart, not fair.Hard trope to picture. May work with several images. I have no idea how, though.
On a side note, I knew someone who was actually named Ponce de Leon.
The Internet misuses, abuses, and overuses everything.Just to note this trope is not just "The Fountain Of Youth" it is any "Youth Phelobatium" (sp)
Detective Conan's pills that turn him into a kid and such are this. Negima's Red / Blue Age changing pills etc.
I would suggest we do not use the trope namer here.

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!Two of three panels from a Wizard of Id cartoon in Ala Ka Zot! It doesn't show anyone young, but could it work?

That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.Possibly...might be better served as an example in the list, though.
[1]◊
Rhymes with "Protracted."The trope is about any type of Applied Phlebotinum that causes a character to regress in age, not just fountains, so would the last two panels of this◊ Penny Arcade strip work?
What is this "sleep" you speak of?The last 2 panels demonstrates the trope pretty good, better than the one in the actual page.
I can't think of anything good for a signature. That Penny arcade example is pretty good. And doesn't require an explanation.
The planet is fine. The people are f**ked. - George CarlinThe Penny Arcade strip is a distinct improvement on the current picture.
I agree.
As long as we cut out where it gets subverted, it's good.
Any kind of before and after would work.
I'll suggest Duck Tales◊. Most people are familiar with Uncle Scrooge.
I am familiar with Scrooge, but not with that particular strip. So it's Just a Well and a Caption
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI think this has to be at the very least a two panel image - before and after.
However, first thing's first.
Move to pull the current image
While DBGT is a tenuous example, it's not illustrative in the slightest, and without either knowledge of the show or the caption, there's nothing to indicate as much.edited 15th Jul '12 10:17:02 AM by DarkConfidant
Motion to pull seconded
The trope is about the rejuvenation. Not shown there in the slightest.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThirded. The image cannot be understood without prior knowledge of the work, which is provided in the caption for those who haven't seen it. JAFAAC.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.*Vote for pull* - That picture does not illustrate.
Here's the pertinent panels from the Oglaf strip at 200 px.

That's rather good.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI like this one. Can you try it at 250 px? Even given the short description for the trope, I think we can go slightly larger on this one.

A picture of two men and a child? The caption's the only thing telling me it fits the trope, and even then it's rather iffy.
I'm not going for a motion to pull or anything, I just want to see if anyone has any replacement suggestions.
What is this "sleep" you speak of?
