It's not actually clear who the person in the suit is honestly. I suppose we'll find out sooner or later. Beerus makes the most sense though. He's the only one barring Vegeta who could go up against Goku if (or rather when) the sparring match starts to escalate.

Well we don't know at all if the other 10 universe's gods of destruction are going to be at all like Beerus and Champa. Given that none of the others are counterparts to universe 6.
Cool we got a multiverse Tournament. And Goku still wasn't able to bring back King Kai.
I hope the series ends with him yelling at Goku for never reviving him.
