Don't worry about it yet. Just do it.
Read my stories!Who cares about length? Just make your story as long or short as it needs to be told.
Though with the decompressed nature of manga compared to American comics, that seems more like the length of a single chapter.

"Jack, you have debauched my sloth."Yes, manga chapters in Shonen are usually twenty-two pages, but I think you can get away with an one-shot with only sixteen.
What are you thinking of submitting this to?

Well I don't know, do you have any ideas?
OMGDark Horse, Vertigo, Marvel, DC, Tokyo Pop...
Read my stories!I thought Tokyo Pop died...
I couldn't conceive a dream so wet; your bongos make me congo.Oh, so they did. Damn.
Read my stories! The average manga chapter for a weekly serialization is 17-19 pages, but the first three chapters have extra pages to set things up (IIRC, 45, then ~30, then 23). Monthly hovers around 30 or 40, bi-monthly sticks around 12-19.
A volume generally has about 192 pages in total, and is generally the only route open to OEL manga.
One-shots generally have the same amount of pages as the first chapter of a new series, so about 45.

If you're going to do something this short and don't want to throw it up online, I'd try to write a few more and put together some kind of anthology/sampler/whatever.
Hey, I was thinking of making a manga but with only like 16 pages and like 20 at the max. Do you know any manga with short page numbers like that? IS it possible to make a manga that short? Im sooo stuck!
