It has been several months since the invasion. With the masquerade ended, unrest between normals and the abnormals has been steadily increasing. Many normals fear the powers of these supernatural beings, often ostracizing them because of that fear. Not only that, but because the masquerade is gone, many supernaturals with more sinisters plans are making themselves more known. And it's not uncommon to find a bank or two getting robbed by a desperate supernatural.

All is not lost, however, there are organizations working to bring peace between normals and supernaturals. One such group is BABEL who works with various teams of supernaturals, supervised by a normal. Their jobs are to stop any supernaturals running amuk as well as prevent any predicted disasters that would harm normals and abnormals alike. Another group, not so forgiving to the supernaturals, is The Church. They work to rid the world of the so called 'abominations' that would threaten the peace of the world. Few exceptions exist for them, one of which are the mages of the Mage's Association, a group dedicated solely to the study of magic. Then there are the Normals, a group consisting entirely of normal people who want to rid the world of abnormals. Unlike the Church, they have no exceptions. Anything that is weird or strange will be sought out for elimination.

But with the rise of organizations against supernaturals or for normals, there comes organizations that want to rid the world of normals and create a utopia for Supernaturals. The Brotherhood and WISE are two such organizations. WISE has even been broadcasting all over television in Japan, in order to recruit more supernaturals, while the Brotherhood in the US has been doing the same. A third Organization exists, that while lacking empathy for normals, doesn't want to see them exterminated either, this group is PANDRA. PANDRA provides a home for lost supernaturals, endorsing the belief that they are superior to normals and should be able to use their powers to get whatever they want.

Just to set the setting. You can have your character doing whatever you want them to while in the area you chose for them. Have fun, as that is what R Ping is about! The villians will slowly but surely begin making their moves during the RP

Please put the location of your character in bold at the top of your post, or the section that the character is in in your post

Important note. I don't care AT ALL how accurate the timezones and stuff is, since none of the countries will interact. (At least at first, and for a long time, as in there are no plans currently)

Also! Tokyo is a weird combination of the various important cities that are capable of being explained as part of it somehow, such as Fuyuki being a sub-city-thing, and such. Same can be done for New York if need be.

In Fuyuki, a part of Tokyo

Shirou came home from the market, having bought some food for that day and the next morning. It was summer, and it was a very nice day out. It wasn't too warm, it was just a bit cloudy, conditions were nice. He opened the front door of his house, "I'm home!" He called out to those he knew were inside.

"Shirou." the blonde said as she walked forward and down the hall to meet the boy face to face. "What are you preparing for dinner?" she eagerly asked, something she... did often. She loved to eat, what was there to say?

"Western or Japanese Style?" she asked, again, not even waiting for an answer to the first question. Well, that pretained to this, but still.

Mami Tomoe & Sayaka Miki (Fuyuki: Near Matou House)

"Ahh, Mami-san!" Sayaka stretched her arms into the air, letting out a yawn. What was she so tired about?

"Miki-san?" the blonde turned her head from the pink haired girl called Madoka Kaname to her young friend.

"Uh, oh.. nothing." Sayaka smiled, tilting her head to the side.

"Um... Sayaka-chan." Madoka walked with the two of them, holding her bag in her hands while Kyubey hung about on her shoulder.

"Yeah Madoka?" Sayaka leaned forward to look Madoka in the eye. She was happy, she was smiling, today seemed like a good day.

"We're going to see.. um.. Sakura-chan?" Madoka recalled the name, to which Sayaka nodded.

"Yeah." the blue haired girl smiled and nodded, turning her focus from Madoka to the road ahead. Western houses on each side, nothing like Madoka's glass frame house, that was for sure. "Um.. I think this is it." she stopped in front of a large, large house. It almost looked haunted just by examining the windows from the outside. "Eeesh." Sayaka grinned, looking to Madoka. "If you get scared, I'll protect you, Madoka!" the girl toyed with her, causing Madoka to take a step back.

"Sayaka-chan, that isn't funny."

Mami simply sighed. The older blonde moved forward, walking down the sidewalk and eventually to the house door. Sayaka followed second and then Madoka third. The fifteen year old.. knocked on the door. No semblance of any tech, most namely a door bell, was in sight. So, she had to make do.

"C'mon, Baby Beel! You can do it!" Oga shouted out like a hooligan as he watched his "son" fight a cicada. As the demon toddler attempted to bull rush the bug, his opponent suddenly flew into the green haired baby's face.

"Beel!!" Surprised, the demon began flailing about wildly, electricity pooling around him in large waves.

"Ah... Three, two, one..." The spiky haired teen counted down before a giant volt of plasma struck him, which he then shrugged off. Being struck by lightning was something he was accustomed to. By now, 12000 volts of energy didn't even phase him at all. "Pah... Maybe next time." Sighing and dusting off the burnt skin particles that formed a thin layer of ash upon him, the inhumanly strong boy knelt down and let the prince clamber back upon his head. "Alright, let's go home. I don't wanna miss my anime programs." Sauntering along, he gave off the air of a delinquent, which he technically was.

Sometimes working for the TSAB was dangerous and exciting. Sometimes it was less than that. At the moment, Vita missed Hayate. It'd been... years since she had been on earth, and even longer since she'd been to Tokyo. The last time she had been on Earth, she'd been preparing to leave Uminari city with Hayate and everyone else. Now, she was back. Her job was an important one, though, something that meant a lot to several of her friends. Making sure that, in light of recent events, Earth was going to be alright.

She was among several TSAB agents deployed to Earth in secret. It was her job to make sure that the general area she was deployed to remained stable and safe, for a few weeks at most, before returning home. And at the moment... this was turning out to be kind of boring. That was good, she supposed, but boredom was incredibly frustrating and being away from Hayate and the others...

Vita frowned. This was putting her in a less-than-pleasant mood. She didn't think on it too much, but it must've looked a bit odd, a lone eight-year-old girl dressed in a skull t-shirt and black skirt and stockings making her way by a few alleys without a parent or supervising figure in sight.

Tohsaka Rin had gotten up to follow Saber to the door. When she saw who had opened it, she folded her arms with a faint, amused smile. Shirou was late. He'd been out for quite some time getting some food to prepare... and really, she couldn't help but comment on that fact.

"It took you long enough," she said, her tone one of vague amusement. She wasn't actually angry, in this case.

Izumi Konata was, at the moment, rather excited. She had to be, this was the convention that actually made her leave Japan. She wouldn't just leave Japan for anything, that was where all the anime and manga were! Nope, it was a huge London convention. She intended to stay for the week, then head back home. Hopefully her late-night anime was getting recorded... but anyway! This convention was going to be awesome, and that's why she wasn't going to miss it.

That and she'd brought a friend along...

The hotel room was fairly small, two beds, a TV, and not really much else aside from the desk and the drawers. But it was enough. Konata was still unpacking, now getting to the large amount of manga she had brought along.

"Oh, dear. The toad, the monkey, and the dog have all screwed up."

A tall teen with apparently natural bright, orange hair walked the streets, hands in pockets and a slight scowl on his face. This little holiday was turning out to be dull. He'd left his father and sisters to their little shopping trip/souvenir scouting and decided to simply take a walk. He'd probably get lost, being unfamiliar with Tokyo, but that was okay, he'd find his way back to their hotel eventually. For now, there had to be something to do. Even exterminating a Hollow would be fine...

Meanwhile, a young boy with thick, brown hair and a rather worried expression rushed through possibly nearby streets, apparently looking for something.

Aaah, where did my mother and those kids go? Tsuna wondered near frantically. First holiday in a long time, and he has to go and lose his mother, along with I-Pin and Lambo. Gah, of all the luck... and he couldn't remember the way back to their hotel!

A worry niggled at the back of his mind, that maybe Reborn set this up as another test. As much as he didn't want to believe it... Reborn had a way of twisting his words and turning everything into some sort of training session he didn't want.

As he rushed, a little girl dressed in black emerged from an alley just up ahead. Surprised, Tsuna yelped slightly and hurriedly side-stepped - tripping over his own feet and sprawling on the ground before her.

Ow... Tsuna gingerly massaged his nose as he climbed to his knees. With an apologetic glance at the young red-head, he said, "S-sorry, I almost ran into you. I'm in a hurry..."

NEW YORK...

Elle was sitting in a room with a chair and a table covered in glass jars. She was grinning, as she shattered jar, after jar, after jar...

She hadn't really had much to do, since the Company fired her. Nowadays, she spent her time doing target practice on jars, and scaring normals.

She stopped, bored, and went outside to find somebody to toy with.

New York

As the afternoon sun tinted the streets of New York City a hazy orange, a black-clad figure sped across town on an equally black motorcycle, the only splash of colour being the rider's bright yellow helmet. The dark bike made no sound as its rider deftly weaved it through the traffic, avoiding trucks and SUVs and swooping between the ubiquitous yellow taxis.

It hadn't been easy for Celty Sturluson to leave her home turf. In Ikebukuro, 20 years of experience as a courier meant her knowledge of its streets and alleys was absolute. She'd had to start from scratch when she and Shinra moved to America, and as such she spent a few hours every day exploring the city, getting a feel for not just its shortcuts and routes, but the ebb and flow of traffic and pedestrians. Finding the city's pulse, she liked to think. It was something she was going to need to get read on if she wanted to find work here.

That was precisely what the Dulahan was doing now, and after a few weeks she was starting to get the hang of it. The snarling horns of a dozen cars alerted her to a traffic jam ahead, so the Black Rider made quick turn into a side-street, earning more than a few stares from the pedestrians waiting to cross the road. That was another subtle difference right there. In Ikebukuro, people often just shrugged her off, although some seemed almost proud of heir own local urban legend. Here, the stares seemed rather more hostile in nature. It's to be expected, I guess, after the invasion. Or maybe it's just an American thing...

There was one familiar aspect to her new situation, however - the niggling sensation that told her it was nearby. Her head. When it had disappeared from her supernatural radar in Japan, she'd practically gone into a panic. Shinra had been completely understanding, as usual, and together they'd set off to find it again. Unfortunately, once they narrowed its location down to a single city, it proved to be just as elusive as before. The people at BABEL had offered to help them find it, but Celty had been reluctant to jump into bed with any organisation without exhausting her own options first.

With an eerie, echoing whinny, the black bike burst out of the alleyway. Celty eased back on the throttle, pulling the bike up onto the sidewalk and flipping down the stand as she looked across at the expanse of greenery before her. Central park. Nodding to herself, Celty relaxed for a moment as she updated her mental map, ignoring the stares of the occasional passer-by.

"It'll be Teriyaki tonight," He added, before making an attempt to pass Saber and walk in.

Things had started to look up for Sakura recently.

Soon after Rider had been summoned, her monster of a grandfather had died, and Shinji, realising that hanging around the sister he had abused for so long now that she had an incredibly powerful hero of legend hanging around her intent on keeping her as safe as possible would probably lead to his own death pretty quickly, had ran away from home. Since neither of them really wanted to take part in the Grail War, they decided to lay low for the whole thing, with Rider posing as Sakura's distant Greek cousin. This worked out pretty well for them, although it did lead to Sempai developing a romance with her sister, which... Upset Sakura just a bit. But both Rider and her other, more human friends had helped her pull through this, and so even though there was still a hint of sadness towards the whole affair, she was still pulling through pretty well.

Currently, she was tending to a pot of stew whilst awaiting the arrival of one of her friends. Sayaka even said she'd be bringing some of her own friends over, and whilst she was a bit nervous about meeting them (unless it was that Madoka girl Sayaka often talked about, who sounded like the most gentle, non-threatening person ever), she thought it would be nice to see the old house full of life for once.

"Rider, could you get that?" she asked, as she heard someone knocking on the door. "I think that should be Sayaka-san and her friends."

"As you wish, Sakura." The Servant put down the book she was reading and headed to the door. It wasn't long before the blue, pink and blonde haired girls were greeted by the tall, purple-haired woman. She propped her glasses back as she looked on the three.

"Hello, Miki-san. And these must be your friends, I take it," she said, her dour expression not changing at all as she looked upon them. "Sakura was expecting you. Please, enter." She stood to the side and bid them entry to the old western mansion.

Some fancy hotel, London

"Wow, Shicchan really went all out with her room~ Wahaha~!" The booming echo of laughter filled the lavishly furnished hotel room as the pink haired girl stepped in. She was far more cheerful than normal, and seeing how cheerful she usually was, well...

She hadn't seen Shizune since they'd graduated, after all. It was so difficult to be so far away from her best friend, but the college she had wanted to go to was in London, and since she'd started attending she'd made a lot of headway towards her dream of becoming a sign language teacher. But she'd always kept her dear friend close to her heart, and was elated when she got the message that she'd be coming over to London on vacation. You could probably have heard her squeals of delight all the way over in Tokyo, she was so excited.

[But of course,] Shizune signed, as she sat on the opulent bed. [It's all on father's expenses, after all.] After a silent giggle (more than made up for by Misha's roaring laughter), she added, [It's nice to see you again, Misha. I see you grew your hair out again.]

"Wahaha~! I guess the shorter style just wasn't me, Shicchan~" Even though she was almost doubled over in gleeful laughter, she still somehow managed to sign everything she was saying. As she laughed, her pink drills bobbed to and fro, almost matching the rythm of her voice. "So how have you been, Shicchan~?"

The two friends sat for a while catching up, with Misha's rambunctious voice echoing all throughout the hotel all the while.

Tokyo

Caro was more than a little apprehensive about the assignment she'd been given along with everyone else. This was a world she knew very little about, even if it was the one most of the Section Six senior staff had either been born on or lived on for a significant amount of time, and even with what they'd told her she was still worried about committing some faux pas or otherwise sticking out like a sore thumb.

Right now, she was stood on a street corner wearing the same pink jacket and white dress she'd been wearing the day they first found Vivio coming out of the sewers. There was a brown holdall slung over her shoulder, and inside she could feel that Fried had finally fallen asleep; his shifting around inside the bag had gotten a few raised eyebrows from passers by, although most of the ones who did notice didn't do much more than glance quickly and then move on. The winged jewels of Kerykeion's standby form could just be seen under her left sleeve.

Mami looked up at the woman before her. She blinked once in disbelief, and then blinked again to refocus. The young blonde girl curtsied, smiling as she often did. "I'm Tomoe Mami." she stood back up, giving way to let her two companions introduce themselves.

"Sayaka Miki!" the blue haired girl placed an arm around Madoka, pulling her in. "This here is Madoka." she pointed to her cheek with her other hand, giggling.

"S-sayaka-chan!" the young girl pulled herself away. Her face lit up a rosy red. Madoka tried to fight the smile, but it was a losing battle.

"Ahem." Mami coughed. That was enough to get both Sayaka and Madoka back to their own, sad little reality.

"U-uh..." Madoka, even more embarrassed than before, steps into the house clasping the white Incubator, using him as a stress ball. One clench, and another, she was really distraught. In the eyes of some, it was adorable.

"Let's go, Miki-san." the oldest of the three walked forward, taking Rider's offer to enter the western style mansion.

"R-right Mami-san," Sayaka said, pulling herself out of her giggle fit. The blue-eyed youth moved through the mansion with her two friends, eventually finding Sakura in the kitchen. "Hey Sakura, what's up?" Sayaka walked into the kitchen, leaning against the counter-top near the purple haired girl.

Mami was too busy admiring the house and Madoka was still red from the incident earlier.

Teriyaki? Well, that was fine with her. She moved to the side to allow Shirou passage into his own home. "Shirou," she said, taking a step behind him, "Could you... hurry with the dinner?" her gaze met the floor rather than Shirou's eyes. "I-" she stopped.

Grrrhhhhghhlll...

Her stomach made a dreaded noise. It bellowed, it yelled, it wanted food.

"U-uh.."

TOKYO, a bench in a park

Crunch.

Of all the places the witch could have escaped to, it had to be another Puella's territory. Or rather, it was Mami's territory. Not that Kyouko didn't like Mami. They were on friendly terms and the blonde was a nice enough person. Actually, it was more her delusional idealistic views of magical girls that seemed to bug the red head. It reminded her too much of the past. Too much of how she used to be.

Crunch. Crunch.

Maybe she should warn Mami about the witch.... Nah, this was her kill. She didn't want to take the chance of Mami killing it before her in her usual quest to save people. Just because she liked Mami, didn't mean she completely trusted the girl either. Besides, Mami was sure to want team up with her again. And that would be more than problematic, considering their disagreeing views on how to handle witches and their familiars. It was better she did these things alone.

....

Kyouko tipped over the bag of chips into her hand. Nothing. Not even a crumb. Looks like she was going to need to stop by a convenience store on the way to the local ATM. She was running low on cash and needed a hotel to stay at for a few days. No telling how long it would take to track down that witch again.

TOKYO, alleyway

Run. Keep running. You have to keep moving. They're almost on you. Come on Kei, you can do this. A pigtailed girl repeatedly told herself as she ran through the alley. She glanced behind her. That red eyed girl, with fangs large enough to protrude from her closed mouth, was still chasing her. Still gaining on her. Her legs were starting to ache and her breathes were coming out shorter and shorter. But she couldn't stop. Not until she was somewhere safe, somewhere crowded preferably. This wasn't the first time she's been chased by something like this and this wouldn't be the last. If she managed to get away and live another day that is. Why does this always happen to me?!

TOKYO, outside BABEL headquarters

Where were they? They were running late. Recently Shiho and her team had went to spend sometime with their respective families. Today was the day everyone would be getting back. Their supervisor, Minamoto, had even promised to take them to a movie so they made plans to meet outside headquarters today. But so far, she was the only one there. Though that was to be expected, her home was closer than Aoi's and her family wasn't as busy as Kaoru's. That didn't explain why Minamoto wasn't here yet. Shame, she had been so looking forward to spending some time alone with him. It was disappointing.

She was sure to punish him for this later~

SATORI: TOKYO, ABOVE AN ALLEYWAY
Satori looked down at the girl, endeavouring to see just what it was that she was thinking. Running, in any form of city, was never a good sign... and there had to be some reason for her to seem appealing enough that someone as naturally disinclined to kill other people as a person eternally reading minds would consider revising their diet a little to include them.

Eating things for dubious reasons had lead to one of her pets being even more of a fool than usual, so that was less of a problem.

Looking back along the alleyway, Satori noticed a fire escape. Well, it wasn't like the building it backed onto was in any danger of burning down and a little danmaku served to cause it to collapse. Good deed for the day done, the satori descended to the ground and ran after the girl. She had to know the answer to this question; eating people wasn't something she normally wanted to do...

KAGAMI: LONDON, HOTEL
"Did you even bring enough clothes?" Kagami asked, staring at the contents of the suitcase. Manga, manga, manga, manga with an Adults Only label, manga, manga, case that most likely contained some portable gaming system, manga, manga, more manga... there'd been some clothes on top but they didn't seem like anywhere near enough, even for someone as small as Konata.

And then laughter indicated that they had the noisiest neighbour ever.

Vita greeted the boy with a deep frown as she looked at him. "You could've knocked me over, watch where you're going!"

She wasn't in a particularly good mood, and she was hot-tempered at the best of times. This led to being a bit on the snappy side when dealing with just about anyone. Well, snappier then usual at any rate. She made no effort to help the boy, and instead folded her arms and glared at him. At least he hadn't knocked her over, that would've soured her mood even more.

"I thought you'd managed to get yourself lost," remarked Rin, her faint, amused smile continuing as Shirou made his way inside. She was fairly hungry, but not as... outright about it as Saber was.

"I brought plenty of clothes, Kagamin," Konata replied with a smile as she worked on unpacking even more manga from her bag. She'd squeezed as much as she possibly could into her bag. "I had to make sure there was room for my manga and my games and all."

She had her yuri, some action, some yuri hentai, some doujinshi, everything she needed. And some clothes, but that wasn't the most important part. Nope, the important part was her manga and games. "I would've brought some figures too, but I didn't have any room."

That kinda sucked. And wow that laughter was loud... whoever it was definitely had to be a genki girl, one of those super-energetic types.

Ichigo Kurosaki, Tokyo

As Ichigo was in the middle of yawning, he noticed a somewhat unusual sight. Someone that looked like a school girl rushing for her life from some alley up ahead. Followed closely by a purple haired girl with... us, something attached to her chest somewhere. Weird.

...Well, maybe the unusually high amount of pressure he felt from the two was a bigger cause for concern. Still, he was hardly going to bother two strangers over something they may not even be aware of. Nah, instead... perhaps see if they were being chased by a mugger and punch his lights out.

Quickening his pace somewhat, Ichigo reached the alley, peering into it, looking for said mugger.

Tsunayoshi Sawada, Also Tokyo

Tsuna almost froze at the girl's tone. He almost forgot that he was supposed to the older one here, but this gothic girl sounded like the type that constantly barked orders or something. Well, she was nowhere near as scary as Reborn could be... also, she was a child!

"Ah, I'm sorry!" Tsuna apologised, quickly getting to his feet and chuckling with embarrassment. "Like I said, in a hurry... I'm, uh... looking for my hotel." Tsuna chuckled nervously again as he rubbed the back of his head. A part of him kind of hoped this girl would casually reveal the nearest hotel or something, give him an idea of where to go. No idea how that would happen, but he didn't want to ask directions from this kind-of scary girl.

NEW YORK

Elle walked down the street, smiling at passersby as she went.

She came to a small bank, just a little bit bigger then the average house. She went in.

As she entered, she noticed a big man, around 6'5", and every muscle on his body was large, even compared to a body builder.

She caught the man's eye, and winked at him, before rubbing her right pointer finger against her right thumb.

Moments later, the man was touching a power outlet, his body turned metallic, and Elle sent a line of blue electricity at his body.

Channeling the electricity into the power outlet, the bank lights went out, and, thanks to a relative lack of windows, the room went black.

I'm hoping this is okay, but if not, I can remove.

PLOT TIME! Incidentally, the fight is outside of Tokyo. If tl;dr then here's the short of it: The two guys I claimed from Psyren fought each other, and appeared on television calling for everyone with "Power" to join them and that all the people "Without Power" should just go and die, since he'll be killing them all. Skip past the line break for Magneto, and then Shirou, and then Minamoto who I'm using as an NPC

In another city in Japan

There was a fight. Clearly it was a supernatural fight, as there were objects flying around, large waves, what appeared to be trees made of light, and lasers from the sky. Two men, seeming to want to kill each other at any cost, and many ordinary people died during the fight.

The fight had been caught on camera, or at least the end of it, and the fight had ended with one man being naked, who had taken the eye out of the other. They seemed to be completely buddies as telekinesis was used to grab the camera out of the helicopter flying above them, and Miroku's face was on every television in Japan.

"Now then, I have no use for those good-for-nothing people who have no "power"," Miroku began, talking into the camera with a wicked grin and his eyes full of cunning, "This broadcast is only for the people who know the pain of being an outcast, attempting to hide oneself from the world that denies them a proper existence due simply to their superiority,"

"Choose," He said, with finality, "Will you be with us? Or will you stick with the humans who are worth as much as trash?"

He continued, an air of complete superiority and charisma, "A world where only people with 'power' live. I'll be the one to show you this sight!" He then said in a quieter tone, "My name is Amagi Miroku. To those who don't understand their reasons for living, I'll provide you the answer," He then turned away from the camera and left with Grana. Those who were paying attention would notice they were on a bay, floating on some debris before running across the water to their destinations unknown.

In an underground location of New York

Magneto had just finished giving such a speech to a group of young mutants, each of which had decided to join him in his cause. However, Magneto seemed to give much more leniency to the mutants who deemed to join the side of humans.

"Remember, we do not kill our brethren. We will allow those who are not human and not mutant to choose a side, and then we will fight accordingly, but we will not kill those who are our own. One day, they will see the light, and they will become an asset to us as each of you have," the group before him was not large, just a small gang of rebellious teen mutants, most of which had been abandoned by their parents due to their powers becoming known.

"Ah, sure, no problems Saber," he then gave Rin a bit of a look, "Oi, I wouldn't get lost. I go there all the time!"

He made his way to the kitchen, where he would begin setting up the ingredients after a few moments.

Tokyo

Minamoto was running a bit late, he needed to hurry up or Shiho and Kaoru would be upset, they'd also be wondering where Aoi is after all.

He saw Shiho from a distance, and wondered what was keeping Kaoru. Well, it wasn't that surprising, she wasn't exactly punctual and her family was a busy one. As he came up to Shiho he waved, "Hello!" He smiled at her as he finally reached his destination, "How are you today Shiho?"

Oga Residence

"...What the hell?" The spiky haired teen said with a quirked eye brow as he watched the telly, his eyes disapproving of the message. When he had gotten home, he had looked forward to being able to just chill and watch his anime programs in peace. Obviously, this wasn't going to happen. Even better? It was advertising the news about some weird claptrap organization that looked down on humans.

"...Yeah. I just know they're gonna keep messing with my programs. On top of that, they don't get the excuse of being babies..." Frowning, the delinquent began preparing his stuff. "I better pay them a visit... as soon as I find where they are." Popping open a bottle of strawberry milk, he drained it and patted the baby devil clinging to him. "Right then, for the anime." Exiting his house, his plan basically equaled wander about and maybe luckily hear some news.

Always be ready to do the unusual and unexpected.

Angie Thompson, in London

It was a well-earned vacation for Angela Thompson. She and her partner, Dr. Derek Stiles, have helped many patients for the past few months, but right now it was time to relax in London. Save for an emergency call from Caduceus Europe under extraordinary circumstances, Angie was free to tour the city.

Derek was not with her right now, so Angie was on her own. She wondered if there was anything interesting going on in the city and whether she would learn something new today. She spent last night in a medical facility in London, provided as part of Caduceus's paid vacation. But right now, she was in the local streets.

She also wondered if her nursing licence would come in handy...

Solid Snake, London

Sitting on a bench in a bus stop in the heart of London, an aged man in a windbreaker was keeping silent and avoiding any attention to himself. The hood of the coat covered his identity as the legendary Solid Snake. It had been nearly half a year since the Big Shell incident, and only a few months since the world was turned on it's head. The secrets that he knew before paled in comparison to what he knew now. What almost everybody knew now. This was a whole different game now, but he still had a part to play.

Snake did not feel it was safe in the states anymore. While the US government and the Patriots were too tied up now to keep their eyes out for him, the tension that has been forming could spark something ugly and he did not want to be sucked into it unless absolutely needed. There are a few safe houses here he still trusted, and he could take this time to keep his ear to the ground and find out as much as possible about the new organisations, both the ones that kept themselves secret and news ones that were now cropping up. His, and Philanthropy's, primary mission was still the search and destruction of Metal Gears, and there was certainly now a bigger market for them. Thankfully with Otacon's help he has found that most of them did not seem to have the capacity to manufacture one (not that that has stop anyone from getting their hands on one) or had something far better (which was not comforting at all). But he would keep looking for leads.

As the weather turned into the more typical London cloudy sky, Snake left the confines of the bus stop and down the street, towards the hotel where he heard something was about go down.

Moby Jones, London

On one of the many trains that ran on the London Underground, Moby Jones sat and waited for the train to reach his station. The first impression one would have of him was that he was a tough man, a scrapper, one who'd crashed many times in life and gotten up every time. Then, judging by the stylized red and gold Union Jack on his shirt and his snowboard, one would get an impression of patriotism. That was also true of Moby, although he wasn't a zealot about it. Then, by observing the rest of his clothing, one could discern that he was a snowboarder. However, there was clearly not any snow in London at the time. Thus, one could question why he was in full snowboarding gear minus a helmet. If one were to ask Moby this, he would most likely ignore them.

In the heart of London, he finally reached his stop. He got up, stowed his board on his back, checked that he had his ice axes and brass knuckles stashed away until he needed them, and stepped off. Things were rather uneventful as he got off the train, then left the station. Moby was heading for a hotel of some sort near here. He didn't know exactly what was going on- an SSX press conference, maybe. Maybe they were going to confirm the rumors they were setting up two new tracks for next year's World Tour. Whatever it was, he knew it was important.

He hoped he wouldn't have to put on his brass knuckles.

A BANK IN NEW YORK

Elle began throwing blasts of electricity at random, increasing overall fear in the normals there. She put on a pair of night vision goggles, and saw the big man doing the same.

"Everybody, on the floor, unless you want to be paralyzed for life!" she yelled. She nodded to the big man, who began herding the normals into a corner.

She located the bank keys, and began looting the cash in the vaults.

London

As Moby walked towards the hotel, he looked down a moment to put on his red-tinted shades. Just as he put them on, he bumped into an aging man in a windbreaker. The shades fell off and nearly hit the ground before Moby narrowly managed to grab them out of the air. He stood up at his full height of 5'10".

"Sorry," said the snowboarder. "You all right, man?"

A Bank in New York

"STOP RIGHT THERE!" A small boy shouted as he ran into the bank, and held up his left hand like he was some sort of policeman, "Stealing from a bank? Really? Couldn't you have done something more original?" He smiled brightly at his own taunt.

"Just hurry up and change dweeb, she'll hit you with lightning!" A young redhead said from behind him, giving him a look.

"Fine, fine, yeesh," He spun around the dial on his watch, "Hm... I'll go for... Diamondhead!" A small image appeared on his watch and the dial rose up. He slammed his hand down on the watched and a bright green light flashed.

He suddenly appeared as a hulking, broad shouldered, creature of black, white, and yellow, with little green eyes.

"Ah man," His voice had changed as well, "I didn't want Cannonbolt. Ah well," He turned to the villains robbing the bank.

Yay opening post for Ben~
