There is a lot of fanart of Luna, Hermione, and Ginny. A lot.

Neither of those is better than the current image.

That is a photograph of some models. This is a frame of characters in a movie.

[up] So? The models work better for illustrating the trope, in my opinion.

That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.

That barely counts as media.

Images don't have to be from media. We have many pages with images from real life. Where an image comes from is irrelevant. All that matters is how well it displays the trope, and, to a lesser extent, how aesthetically pleasing it is.

I didn't say "have to", but it's not irrelevant, and that's not all that matters. This wiki is a catalog of the tricks of the trade for writing fiction.

Advertisements count as media. Which I'm pretty sure this is. Just because there's no narrative doesn't mean it's not media.

That's a terrible image quality and this really doesn't need an anime image when there are so many good RL ones. That said, none of them have been as clear at a glance as the current.

I can go both with the current one and [up][up]. The anime one is a bit less in quality than the current one*

I would be against an anime image in this particular case because anime hair colours are often debated and I've seen plenty of "this is red, no it's brown!" backdraft. And I really like anime.

I actually think the current is very good.

The red hair isn't actually a shade normally called red. It really only fits there out of contrast of the other brown being more brown. On her own she looks like a brunette, and that's normally what I've seen her referred to as.

Actual hair is clearer.

I can see wanting a picture from a work, but none of the suggestions are improvements. There's this image, also a photoshoot, where their hair is the most obvious trait. The witches of Eastwick one with them out the window works, it's just not quite the quality of the one we have now.

I don't know what could possibly be better than the current image. They're real women, attractive, nothing else is going on in the photo except for their hair and faces. What more could we want?

I'm torn between the current and the Witches Of Eastwick pic where they're looking out the window...everything else is Image Links fodder for me.

"I don't know what could possibly be better than the current image."

I do. The trope is kind of about personalities, something that shows that would be way better. The Witches Of Eastwick frames aren't that, but they are a little better. Current image is just a photo of some models in a shampoo advertisement. These are characters in a movie. Looks much better IMO.
