Still don't see what's wrong with the original pothole. And the fact that it's merely "possible" to interpret it another way with the new pothole is pretty weak.

Anyway, I added a non potholed option, as well as one that goes to Perverse Sexual Lust, which I think is pretty much the reaction that is being intimated.

The revised caption suggests prurient enjoyment rather than childish enjoyment, not necessarily a masturbatory act... and certainly not a joke that immediately evokes strong visual imagery. Choosing a softer option isn't hypocrtical it's... logical. If it's not a perfect solution, we can still add more options.
