Pic is fine imo. I don't see what the problem is.
That pic seems to show a piece of food from somewhere that is called food (and it might be to someone) but most definitively doesn't look eatable.
I am not sure what the rules are about No Real Life Examples Please and image policy, but I don't think that his is serious enough to warrant a pull.

Doing so, and then using the fact that it's a "No Real Life Examples Please" page as a reason to ask for a pull of the page image smacks of rules lawyering.
