Ok, I will take the "Best game" part:
Best Game
Batman: Arkham City - Cant comment, never played it. But I heard its good enough.
Fifa 12 - Cant comment, never played it... And thats it, I prefer not to say anything else.
LA Noire - Again cant comment, never played it... But seems good. I actually wanted to play this one but couldt.
Portal 2 - Played it. Pretty good game ineed, not sure if I would but it as BEST OF THE YEAR (Hint: Short game is short) but really, there hasnt been that much good games than I know anyways, so yeah.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - I think it does kinda deserve it, I agree with this (I DONT agree with the ones than say than this game is the best thing of humakind thougt. Maybe of the year, but not the best game ever)
The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword - Once again, never played it, nor I am interested.

I'm surprised that the Witcher 2 isn't on the list. It should've been nominated on at least story and artistic achievement categories.

its been a while since i played either portal, but im pretty sure the puzzles devolved into obnoxious "strain your eyes to see this one really small slab of concrete you can make a portal on somewhere in the background" way too often for either game to be considered one of the best designed...
plus, portal 2 has that really obnoxious particular moment of the aforementioned game where the concrete wasnt there untill the last second before fucking death.
