Hello everypony! Just thought I'd pop in here and introduce myself; I'll be playing Derpy. It was a hard choice between her or a couple of crossovers: Ivan Drago (Rocky series) or Dr. Zoidberg (Futurama), but in the end she seemed like the most fun to try.

A suggestion for an arc I've had in mind for a while.

Summary: In some distant portion of the Everfree forest, the heroes discover a magical gateway. The groups are split in half, when the gateway takes them to what appear to be alternate worlds. One is a sprawling jungle, owned by a dragonequus named Vitality, and a clockwork city of rigid order kept in check by the dragonequus of Discipline. Each owns one half of a magic world-shaping artefact, and are both waging war to get the other half and wipe out everything the other land stands for. Seeing qualities of themselves in the heroes they send them out as reconnaissance to the other land to help win the war somehow.
Goals: The mission set for them is to get the enemy's artefact, but the bigger deal here is to stop this silly feud.
NPCS: Possibly the dragonequi, but more likely the citizens of these lands, and Princess Celestia.

Thanks. My original idea had an exact ending planned out, but I'm hoping the characters will stray from that.

Also, I envision Vitality as being played by Barbara Goodson, and Discipline as...well, depends what gender. If it's a guy, Patrick Stewart. If it's a woman, I dunno, maybe Ellen Mclain.

Now I kind of want to see an arc involving Entropy.

It was an awesome idea, of course I remember it.

'Course, it could only disrupt the plans for Discord, who I really want to see as an antagonist before an Enemy Mine. Maybe if we decide to continue this RP on afterwards, or make a sequel, then old silent-but-deadly could provide a second finale.

I... have no plans for Discord, I'll admit. Yet. But I'm liking that arc. For now, here's what I think would be a good basic start up for us:

Summary: Equestria has just been struck by an event of unprecedented impact. Our heroes take it upon themselves to make a personal report to Princess Celestia in Canterlot, and deliver news of what occurred in Ponyville.
Goals: Go to Canterlot, speak to Princess. So simple it couldn't possibly be bungled up, which is exactly why it probably will be bungled up.
NPCS: Princess Celestia, probably Luna as well. If anyone wants me to play other Canterlot NPC while we're there, just ask.

Well, that shouldn't be too hard to get off the ground. After all, with all the ruckus the new arrivals are causing, a royal conference will become a necessity.

By the way, could we have a brief nightfall at some point between now and that arc? Just thought it'd be more atmospheric for what I was going to have Jake do.
