I love subtitles in spite of my reading being faster than my listening. It's harder to miss a word or get a Mondegreen with subtitles. Especially when characters talk fast or with accents I'm not used to hearing (Luke's faux-Cockney accent in Professor Layton, for example).

I just leave on what the game has set to default. My eyes tend to be focused on the action and not the words, though, so I tend to be completely unaware of subtitles unless they're some horribly outlandish color.

Always subtitle, all the time!
I have hyperacusis so I like to turn the sound down to low when playing, subtitles helps a lot for me to read information...also I read much faster than I listen...
Give me cute or give me...something?

Tip: Subtitles on Youtube are hilarious, but not worth much else.
