Okay. So this is basically a conversation for EVERYONE who would like to join in on the convo.
Basically, anyone.
Anyways...welcome!!!
Please refrain from excess venting in this thread. Talking about negative emotions is fine but it's best not to dwell on them for too long. TV Tropes is not suited to deal with mental health situations.

Got a degree in Emotional trauma via fictional characters aka creative writing. hosting S'mores party in Hell for fellow (evil) writersI've never seen it.
I did see the new Captain America movie, though.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseAh, well then.
so there's an academy run by Shield, mostly young adults, kids some of them—teenagers—and not just agents, but scientists, all training there. and when Hydra came out of the shadows, they attacked the school. there were explosions, and screams, and people were terrified and that's all we know. so I got to thinking, how many of those 18-24 year old kids got killed? how many were gunned down by teachers/hydra sleeper agents? how many hid, praying for help that never came? because it's never brought up again.

Got a degree in Emotional trauma via fictional characters aka creative writing. hosting S'mores party in Hell for fellow (evil) writersWell apparently, according to Captain America The Winter Soldier, there is no more SHIELD.
I don't know how that's going to work with the show.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone else... That sounds dangerously similar to the series of events that lead up to Civil War.
I sure said that!yeah, Shield is gone, in the show too. it's just a handful of agents left, danger closing in on all sides. so. tense.

Got a degree in Emotional trauma via fictional characters aka creative writing. hosting S'mores party in Hell for fellow (evil) writersI don't know if there's anything currently on tv that I watch or would watch.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone else@Bacon: Watch Supernatural. I command it!
I heard it jumped the shark.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseNo, they had an episode called Jump The Shark.
That's Actually Pretty Funny.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseI would watch the show, but I think it would break my heart a bit more than I can handle.
Got a degree in Emotional trauma via fictional characters aka creative writing. hosting S'mores party in Hell for fellow (evil) writersHow good are the characters?
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone else@Bacon: Surprisingly, they don't really jump the shark in that episode, although other shows might have handled it in such a way.
@Ello: It's totally worth it. Of course, if you don't have Netflix, it's expensive; I've spent at least $160 on the DVDs.
Very good, one of the best parts of the show.
