Josh O'Connor (born 20 May 1990 in Southampton) is a British actor.
He broke out in the 2010's and tends to show up in Period Pieces, be it literary adaptations like Les Misérables (2018) or Emma. (2020), or biopics. His most famous period role is that of a young Prince Charles on The Crown.
His non-period piece roles tend to be lower-key dramas like God's Own Country. He's also acted onstage, including in a 2021 filmed production of Romeo and Juliet alongside Jessie Buckley.
