It also Proves Production Ig can make Mecha without any sort of Conspicuous CGI.
Watch SymphogearBased on what Lan said in the opening of episode 5, I think Rinne is the name of the planet she comes from, and apparently a "Lagrange" flower grows there, thus giving us our title. How it relates at all to anything is beyond me.
Maybe the guy was a botanist over there and came to Earth to be famous for common-sense physics we Earthlings simply hadn't discovered..
Why do you fight? Why do you exist?Episode 6 is subbed, now.
Watch SymphogearInteresting episode, the dude with the jacket seems to be very cunning, breaking Muginami was part of a plan to make Rinne blossom. Well I guess in the next episode we will see if that's a good or bad thing.
Kirius and energy OTP. Also Madoka punching the enemy units out=win.
A BFSG/GS.
I'm reading this because it's interesting. I think. Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot, over. Can someone explain what just happened....
Wait for the next episode?
I don't think anyone can adequately explain without making a mass of assumptions.
Shit gets flowery, everyone passes out.
And the episode preview looked like a more slice of life episode :<
And that matters why? Some series could a use a balance in it's action sometimes. Series just get boring if it's constant action all the time.
Watch SymphogearBecause it might not give us the answers we are looking for.
This series is gonna have a second season in the summer, So there's no point in rushing for answers right now.
Watch SymphogearThus I shall refer to that event as WHATEVER THE HELL until the next episode when it's properly explained.
Why do you fight? Why do you exist?I like how there's random funny moments sprinkled throughout, and even more impressive is that they don't detract from the atmosphere at all.
Nice to see the Vox get weapons. And much ass was awesomely kicked. And dat laser cannon The particle-effect on the laser beam was eye-candy.
So, yeah, not!Kotetsu has become more of an antagonist, as well as Moid, and the Rin-ne has bloomed, whatever that means. At the very least it involves a giant fireworks display followed by a shower of energy flowers. ... yeeeeeah.
I already told you. Rinne blooming caused WHATEVER THE HELL to happen.
I'll probably keep referring to it as that even once it's revealed whatever the hell the WHATEVER THE HELL is exactly.
Why do you fight? Why do you exist?WHATEVER THE HELL is obviously Not-Kotetsu's fault, since he does WHATEVER THE HELL he wants.
I will make this a meme even if I die trying.
Why do you fight? Why do you exist?Us both. Am I the only one hoping that Not-Kotetsu becomes the Fan Nickname?

No, you are not.
So, episode 7. Daww, poor Mugi and not-Kotetsu. And...THE EELS, WTF WAS THAT NECESSARY? And look, they had a bath scene without overwhelming Les Yay, so that's going aw-wait never mind, it just came back in full force.
In short it was quite schizophrenic with what mood to set.
Also not-Kotetsu is almost strangely fitting considering that on the Viz Media site, it recommends Tiger And Bunny on this show.

Why do you fight? Why do you exist?
Incidentally, something's been bugging me about the English title for this series.
Lagrange: The Flower of Rin-ne... why didn't they just translate Rin-ne? I mean, last I checked, Rinne means Samsara. Not exactly a common word, but it at least means something to English-speaking audiences...
