So I'm fairly liberal and pragmatic.

Hmm.

Somewhat left-wing, with a very small bias towards pragmatism? I can see that.

Definitely left-wing, and almost in the middle between pragmatism and idealism. Fitting.

I'm pretty center, but closer to left. Sums me up.
It's more from averaging then leaning though. I have right tendencies.
Though the "glorious history" thing bugs me. Some countries really do.

So pretty moderate, leaning slightly right. Seems a pretty fair test, even to a political nihilist like me.

Center-right idealist, essentially, or "compassionate conservative".

So a moderately left-of-center, hard-edged pragmatist (I'd be stronger on the latter, but I'm not actively anti-religious anymore). Sounds right. (If social and economic issues were decoupled, we'd get different results, but eh.)
I despise hypocrisy, unless of course it is my own.1 left/right +1.2523 (+0.0754) 2 pragmatism +5.0962 (+0.3068)
Curiously, I had thought of myself as more idealistic than pragmatic. They say regarding that dimension, "We have chosen to give an atheist, utilitarian perspective positive values on this axis." But I'm not sure if "idealistic/pragmatic" is the best way to describe this, though.

So a fairly strong lefty who is just slightly more pragmatic than idealistic. I thought I might be on the other side of the pragmatist/idealist line, but otherwise not sur[prising.
The test definitely had a lot of questions that could have been reworded or not been left as absolutes, because there really is no such thing as an absolute. For example, always accepting anyone applying for asylum might sound good in principle, but what about when it's the Nazi officer or the hardcore fundamentalist who tried to destabilize the government of their own country? Suddenly it gets a little more iffy.

Pretty left of center with a balance between ideals and pragmatism. Sounds right.
Politics is the skilled use of blunt objects.
I'm more accustomed to being closer to the dead centre on the left/right scale.
