Dungeon Keeper is free on gog.com until Sunday. They also have huge sales on multiplayer and Dungeons & Dragons games. It's right on the front page.
Be warned that you won't get the full discount on the D&D games unless you buy all of them. I really just wanted Neverwinter Nights 1 & 2 but ended up having to pass.

question about the current sales on PSN.I see that there are two bundles for the Soldner-X games:one with Soldner-X2 and its DLC Last Chapter and the other bundle has both games but doesn't mention the DLC,does it have the DLC?
Currently -75 % on Bioshock Infinite on Steam, for (now less than) 24 hours. 'Tis 7.49 € instead of 29.99 €.
And a bunch of other stuff as well, including COD franchise stuff and certain award-nominated games.
2 I was thinking of getting it, but suddenly today Steam won't connect for me.
Join my forum game!Surely the Steam website would still have worked?
Since it doesn't mention The Last Chapter in the bundle with both games, I reckon it doesn't have it. Usually, if they don't mention that a certain piece of DLC or whatever is not in a bundle, then it's not in a bundle.
GOG is holding two sales at the moment, I believe: The "BIG games BIG sale", which appears to be selling a selection of relatively recent, relatively expensive games at up to 75% off; and the Saint Patrick's Day "Luck of the Irish" sale, which allows one to pick five games at $2 - $4 from a list, or fill one or more of those five slots with a randomly-chosen game for $2 (which, if I read their news page correctly, could be selected from outside of the pre-set list). The former sale is a weekend sale, while the latter lasts for a week, I believe.
(For some reason the forum doesn't seem to like that last URL; here it is sans url tag:
www.gog.com/news/luck_of_the_irish_special_big_weekend_sale_on_big_games
Simply remove the offending space and hyphen and it should work, I think. )

My Games & WritingI just have too many games I have not played... some of those look fun, but I have years' worth of backlog and the more I look at the games available the more I go "no, I should not impulse-buy any of these at this time." :-(
Yu hav nat sein bod speeling unntil know. (cacke four undersandig tis)the cake is a lie!Earth 2150 is 80% off on Steam right now. But I don't know much about it. Is it worth getting?
For the record, I like Star Craft, Warcraft 2, Age of Empires 2 and Total Annihilation, but not Command and Conquer, Warcraft 3 or Warzone 2100 (to the extent that I've played them).
EDIT: The Spore Complete Pack is also on for 75% off (but still $15). Worth getting?

Join my forum game!I just saw that Titan Quest is 75% off ($5 for the gold version), and the deal on Bio Shock Infinite is back ($7.50). Should I get either one? (Bearing in mind that I don't have Bio Shock 1 or 2 and would want to play them before Infinite.)
Join my forum game!If I were you, and interested in the Bioshock saga as a whole, I would go for that deal on Infinite in a heart beat. Seven dollars fifty cents is stupidly cheap for what is basically a brand-new game still.
The question largely boils down to: By the time I can get the first two games on sale, and finish playing them, will there have been a better sale than this on the third one? See, I don't know much about how the pricing and sale patterns tend to go on Steam.
In any case, it's not that it's a 'new game' that matters to me. I'm okay with being behind the curve, so long as I'm having fun.

Join my forum game!Haha, that comic.
Me, I'm not behind the curve. I just stopped the curve in its tracks, in part because I don't like some of the advancements the industry has offered.
That said, I have observed that this "behind the curve"-ness applies to the world of emulation.
Supreme Commander and Binding of Isaac are on sale on Steam right now. Is either one worth getting? I notice that some reviews of BOI say to wait for the remake instead, and I'm not exactly hard up for games right at the moment.
Join my forum game!Supreme Commander is basically Total Annihilation with more shiny knobs on. I got it YEARS ago in another sale and I liked it.
GOG has been running a Spring Insomnia Sale since yesterday. Various games to buy in limited quantities, one game at a time.
I thought they learned not to do that anymore.
x4
You can probably beat your hand with a hammer and get the same satisfaction as Binding of Isaac. Cheaper, too. You'll miss out on some good music and definite creepy-factor though.
If you must get it, do not install the Wrath of the Lamb expansion. If you've beaten the core game once, the expansion's additions make the game easier. If you haven't beaten the game yet, the expansion makes it basically impossible to do so.
I will never buy a Roguelike ever again.

Bundlestars are doing some really deep discounts on, well, bundles I guess. Have a look.
