Spider-Man's not going anywhere.

Sarah dragged her arm across the side of the dumpster for reassurance before opening her eyes, slowly, painfully, like the first call of the morning alarm against the morning shift.

"...It worked...didn't it?"

It did. It worked. Thank you.

Sarah slowly gripped her free hand into a fist, leaving a slight trail where she picked up dust and grime from the dumpster, and looked at Spider Man from under hooded, haunted eyes.

... We should get you to bed.

Sarah nodded wearily, like working through a headache, the force of which equated some great weight upon her temples.

... Want me to carry you?

Sarah nodded slightly, fighting against that unseen something in her mind.

-He hefts her up and carries her through the forest, back towards the room-

His name is Doctor Otto Öktem, I call him Ock. He was the head of the experiment that gave me my powers when the accident happened. He's put two and two together, and now he wants to cure me of it. I can't let him, though. Too many people count on Spider-Man for him to go away.

(Isn't it weird to see a shooting star in the middle of the day? It must be pretty big to be making a trail that bright through the sky.)

-Biker is walking through town, hands in his pockets and in dour spirits now that his bike is totaled-

-he looks up, at the shooting star-

-Biker instinctively steps to the side-

(The meteor zooms past you, smashing into the ground. Dust kicks up around it, sprinkled with some kind of glittery looking stuff...when it clears, a young woman is getting up and brushing herself off.)

Good landing, better than usual...

Yeah? How's that usually work out for you?

(She turns to look at you.) But that's none of your business. That's fae business, very important. Who are you?
