But the problem with simply offing patriots are already glearing in MGS 2. President johnson says 'who will replace patriots?'. And it shows in MGR. Nobody replaces them and war rages on. This is the main problem with the patriots. They already won before game even begin.

Taking down the Patriots is a necessary step towards actual peace. Yes, war still exists without the need of the Patriots, but the root causes of that are now easier to tackle since they are no longer there to interfere. The fact that Raiden saves the US president's life and then said president made sure to continue peace talks with Pakistan means the setting is moving in the right direction.

Solidus wouldn't have been talked down even if Raiden had tried to tell him that the Patriots were manipulating him into fighting Solidus to the death. Remember that Solidus also wanted to kill Raiden so he could harvest the nanomachines inside Raiden since he believed he could get the information on the Patriots from them.

Raiden left them behind because he's still waging a one-man war against the likes of World Marshall, and they'd be better off in the safety of New Zealand and under the protection of his friends in Maverick. Yes, he admitted to himself that he actually enjoys all the killing that he does for its own sake, but even after he unleashes the Ripper, he still upholds his desire to uphold justice by saving the kids from the Sears Program — to stop the people behind it before "they make another Jack".

... I don't recall Dr. Clark (AKA Para-Medic) mentioning any ninja action movies in MGS3. I even checked the wiki's compilation of all the radio conversations in that game, and they're devoid of any mention of ninjas.

I mean... the Author of said twist outright admitted he made Para-medic = Dr Clark cause He thought it was a "deliciously" -exact words- twisted idea that sweet understanding Paramedic is in fact the horrific "Father" of Cybernetics not that it made sense

Granted A: Everyone forgets that Naomi pretty much is introduced with the idea that she has first hand experience with Dr Clark and witness their death. all the way back in MSG 1

B: Paramedic apparently goes from master of genome/dna modification that creates the sons of Big Boss to the completely different field that is cybernetics... I guess this runs on SD Perry logic

C: Kojima clearly treats it very tongue and cheek in game... cause you can tell He hates when someone else dictates what happens to his characters and he doesn't like it

You're missing my point. I'm asking what the claim that she "really liked cheesy ninja action flicks" (and thus that she made a Cyborg Ninja because of that) is based on. Yes, it was a big thing in her character interactions in MGS3 that she's a movie buff, but I can't find any evidence that she ever alluded to having a fascination with ninja movies.

How so?

I'm making my Alternate Character Interpretation in light of Metal Gear Solid IV and the fact all of the efforts were made by people like Snake to have Jack as well as others have a chance at a peaceful life. He's already failed do to so by the beginning of the game but really the game is one long degeneration back into Jack the Ripper. All he's doing is really trying to point his Blood Knight status at the "right" people.

Raiden's character development in Revengeance makes the Earn Your Happy Ending in Guns Of The Patriots hollow. Guns of the Patriots coincidentally did the same thing that Revengeance did and performed a Happy Ending Override on the Jack we saw at the end of Sons of Liberty.

MGR:R is basically a "Be Yourself" story.

I actually prefer to view it in light of that as a Bittersweet Ending and actually a thematically sad ending for Raiden. Kojima created Raiden as someone who wants to be a badass as a critique of fans who want to be a badass when the Central Theme of Metal Gear is very much, "being a badass will fuck you up horribly and is often a terrible life."

And fans LOVE Revengence Raiden and so does Raiden.

When...it's a terrible thing to be.

The really sad thing is that Raiden's ironically grown up to become a validation of the people who screwed him up.

• Solidus — the man who robbed him of his family and childhood and created the Ripper.

• Armstrong — the man who brought out the Ripper again.

I mean the simple answer is the Troper is essentially using a logic leap to make it sound darkly humorous cause as you said She never alludes to a fascination to Ninja movies but the meme is

"Paramedic turned Frank into a Cyborg cause she saw it in a movie!" typical tropers spouting memes as though they are short hand for facts

or the Troper is using under mandala effect and can swear that Paramedic made that reference in their memories. Paramedic and Snake do make an allusion to the optic camo when they talk about forbidden planet. Cloning Big boss etc etc

They probably remember her talking about Japan alot, and she does mention several Japanese movies and a desire to go.

basically the answer is The logic makes sense to them if you don't think about it or aren't looking it up

I always find the Bond conversation hilarious cause Bond really hadn't just yet hit what he was most famous for with two movies
