And they're even conditioning it to hate humans by kicking it over. We're fucked.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Oh wow, that's good. Has it been two years already? Sequel wheeeeeen
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Sooo.... what are the odds of a definitive edition on ps4? Cuz uh,... cuz I need that. Need it.
Louder than God's revolver and twice as shiny.I'd rather have Revengeance Harder and Revengeance With a Vengeance. On that note, I wouldn't mind Live Free or Revengenace either.
But not A Good Day to Revengeance, fuck that shit.

PSN ID: FateSeraph | Switch friendcode: SW-0145-8835-0610 Congratulations! She/TheySo today I was feeling kinda blue, out of it, unmotivated. Then I played the soundtrack of MGR, and the world was a beautiful place again, full of excitement and adventure and interesting, compelling challenges. I don't know why it has to be this way, but it really washes out the stains of time, and makes you feel like you'll leave them all behind. The fact that there's no guarantee on whether you'll succeed, be you strong or weak, is a bonus rather than a drawback; the strong remain challenged, the weak remain hopeful. Nothing lost, nothing gained; the bloodstained sand can be the birthplace of new life.
Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.Alas, the war will still rage within.

That's just the rules of nature, man.
Seriously, how the OST for this game never got any awards confounds me.

Because it's Buttrock. They never get any rewards.
Watch Symphogear... No. By the definitions I find here, it doesn't really fit the 'buttrock' label. Perhaps you're thinking of Mall Metal? But even that doesn't quite fit either...
I mean, while it obviously does emphasize the effect it has on the listeners and "getting them pumped up", and the songs are easy to listen to, I don't think one can say that they're in any way simplistic, monotonous, or otherwise uninteresting. [[And Jaime Christopherson can hardly be said to be a hack.]]
On the thread for the MGR soundtrack, I asked why we didn't get more songs with similar epic, expressive themes. Somehow people are under the impression that the songs are about life as a cyborg ninja...
Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.Wash away the anchor!
Here I stay beneath a woman to be RAY!
The chocolates falling gently down on the terrain!
Wash away the sorrow on the states of time!
But there's no memory of only dragon slime!
Give them mud, it's sinking deeper!
Into a peaceful life!
And it will float!
Like it's full of grain!
Pour it down on me!
And you will knock it up until the end is here!
And it will go!
For the darkest stain!
In a pond of power!
And they will never rest until the clowns are clear!
Until it finds my dreams of dissapate!

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.
I was thinking the other day that MGR's soundtrack, while good, isn't really the type of thing I'd have on my playlists, and yet I have almost all of the songs on my phone. Then I realized that the memories I have associated with the songs make them a lot more entertaining and pumped-up to listen to. Every time I hear the riff in The Only Thing I Know For Real I'm reminded (in sensation as much as memory) of one of the best boss battles I've ever played.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Yeah, they definitely wouldn't be as memorable without the badass boss battles that went with them.
Louder than God's revolver and twice as shiny.I dunno. I don't have the game, and I still love the songs.
but HOW?Do get it. Getting the chorus for Stains of Time just as you get Monsoon under half health and he leaps at you out of a smoke cloud is cathartic as hell.

Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.If I had the money... :/
but HOW?Yeah, I love how the vocals don't kick in until the boss is at low health.
I still haven't beaten this game, but I've faced all three of the Winds of Destruction and they were all awesome.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Oh, please enjoy literally the best final boss ever. So goddamn ridiculous, I love it.
Louder than God's revolver and twice as shiny. And for the record, the Final Boss is a Marathon Boss, where you fight him in several different "stages" (expect half an hour to a whole hour at the very least, due to dying several times, since it's your first time). The first one is radically different from the following ones... and don't fret if some of the middle stages seem unbeatable, because you're not supposed to be able to win anyway, as they're more to showcase how inexplicably uberpowered the boss is despite certain facts precluding the most obvious answer to why, before he helpfully explains said why; you're only supposed to be able to win the last one, though do try to do your best in the penultimate one.

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.I've already seen the final boss, I know what to expect.
Say what you will about spoilers, but I probably wouldn't have thought to buy this game if it weren't for NANOMACHINES, SON.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Seriously, the final boss in this game is more epic than the one seen in Asuras Wrath even, thanks in no part to the boss's attacks and the extremely epic theme.
armstrong is also extremely hilarious as a character, which helps make the fight itself a lot more memorable.
Dog-shaped robot buddy!
