I took a few minutes to search tags on the Visual Novel Database, trying to find an example of a game in which the main character has to turn down all but one character in the harem. Had surprisingly little success. There's a "dramatic love triangle" tag, which is vaguely similar... Perhaps the closest example would be the second Memories Off game. From what I've read about it in this RPGFan review
, it appears the game is a fairly serious story about breaking up and relationship conflicts.
Some people have written Unwanted Harem stories in which the main character is trying to politely reject some Pretty Freeloaders. The first example that comes to mind is Ai Yori Aoshi, and there are likely some similar examples. Also, I'd be surprised if there is a lack of stories in which the main character is cursed or fated to endure several relationship failures before they can succeed.
But to be honest, if you want a game about sorting through a harem, and if you have time and interest in writing, then you really should write your own game. You can learn freeware programs such as Renpy or Novelty Maker with a bit of patience and practice. People on the Lemma Soft forums should be able to help you with any questions and concerns that you might have.

A guy is literally cursed with luck, and will bestow it upon someone with a kiss. And since the gods felt funny that day, they also give him a "blessing" that gives him a trait that lets him charm any girl he meets. So, one by one, he must reject them, without hurting their feelings at all. Or he could get bad endings.
