I can see it fine. It must be on your end. Try clearing your cache?
Rhymes with "Protracted."Now it's back. I did wait several minutes in case it was my problem and it magically came back... odd. Apologies.
... Not sure it's a good picture anyway... Doesn't really show that it's a bad game, especially since it's not even comparing it to any previous 2D version.
I really don't see how we could pic this, and because of that...
Motion to pull
Pic relies completely on the caption to get its point across.
Clock is set. Votes on the pull motion?
Pull it. With a "trope" like this, an image would just cause unnecessary trouble.
Experience has taught me to investigate anything that glows.Suggestion: show two images, one from a 2D game and one from a 3D game, both from one of the series mentioned that has great 2D art and poor 3D art.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!Pull it. The first thing that came to mind was a Sonic picture, but that would just cause problems...I'll agree with leaving it imageless.
"I know where I am, I just don't know where I am in where I am." - MeKeep the picture, and combine it with something like this◊?
Or a screenshot from the beautiful Castlevania: Symphony of the Night next to Castlevania 64?
Perhaps a comparison of Earthworm Jim 3D to one of its predecessors?
Either Earthworm Jim 1 or 2; I'm not sure which: 1
(There may be better shots of the predecessors out there somewhere.)

My Games & WritingNone of those completely fit the trope. This is all about audience reaction to a 3D sequel being poor in comparison to a 2D predecessor...those are just graphics comparisons.
Unless it's just an issue on my side. [EDIT: It was]. Though this page is in discussion in ... I've just forgotten what the workshop... repairshop... whatever, in that place.
Is there really anyway to show fans finding that the 3D installment of a game isn't as great as the previous 2D ones? Especially since it's a YMMV trope.
