In regards to the stock ninjas one, people who just offload their shit wherever (particularly when they do so on the other side of the store from where the product actually goes) are occasionally why I think that "they needed killing" should still be a valid defense. Particularly the assholes that leave refrigerated goods like meat or fish packages on the shelf, and doubly so the ones that hide it behind other products so it doesn't get noticed until it gets funky.
